A few hours later, Isaac was seen by a security guard near Loop 1604 and Potranco Road, where he originally ran from his mother. The guard "described him to a T," according to John, and said that Isaac got into a faded green box-style truck at a nearby car wash.
The security guards who witnessed him run were unable to get a license plate number or description of the driver, but Bexar County deputies say it drove away on Potranco Road towards Loop 1604.
About half an hour later, security cameras at a Citgo near Woodlawn Avenue and 36th Street reportedly captured him loitering, John said. However, in the recording, the boy was seen wearing black pants, T-shirt, backpack and shoes.
