The last slip sheet filed on 9/9 was the handwritten Trial Docket including the comment... "Special Act by agreement of the parties" with a status update scheduled for 10/21.

IMO, they're probably close to a deal, and why the hearing was "held over per the Judge." I think his attorney is trying to coordinate pleas between the Feds and TX so it's a bit more complicated than most. JMO

I do not see anything new in the article. And it says it was modified on Oct. 21, 2022 - do not know IF this is the same episode they showed before - as I do not get that show.

@Niner -- I read this pass slip as a status hearing scheduled for 10/20/22, and defense request for the Jury Trial continued to 4/3/23.

Nothing by the attorneys in the public record since the status update noted for 10/20/22. April 2023 is a long time and I still expect the parties will enter a plea deal before the trial date.
