TX - Joshua Brown, 27, (witness in Amber Guyger trial), shot and killed, Dallas, 4 Oct 2019

I am thinking what really is in trouble is the murder case in which JB was a witness and was shot in the foot. Because it sounds like there he was really going to be a key witness. Not sure that case can even proceed without him.

JB was a victim in the Nov shooting incident.

He faces no charges here. Witnesses said he was trying to leave after the fight when he was wounded, and J Diggs shot dead.

I've no doubt that K Morris has been counting on JB not having any memory of what happened that night.

There's also no way in heck that K Morris (or JB for that matter) do not know the identity of the suspect at large.

NOBODY has given this guy up in almost a year -- this guy is obviously powerful, and be feared in the hood. He's the definition of snitches get stitches and ditches.

Yesterday K Morris lawyer (Mr. Campbell) told media his client not guilty, and no reason to retaliate against JB..

I think K Morris case has reasonable doubt all over it -- especially now.

(If you listen to Mr. Merritt -- even N Diggs family were blaming JB for death for their son/brother, grandson, etc. They're not blaming K Morris for his death-- they were lifetime friends.

Morris and Diggs were facebook friends, -relationship described as brothers.
I do not recall seeing a verified connection between JB and either of the two, though that was reported initially.. I remember posting about him losing his friend, feeling sorry for him, but when I searched I only discovered the relationship between Diggs and Morris.

And yet Merritt is still blaming DPD in the article... when HE was the one putting out the false information in the beginning that is STILL being spread. Of course now he is working for Brown's family. He truly does chase the money and notoriety, doesn't he.

One of the possible "Louisiana hit crew" had a relative living in the area, didn't he ?

I don't know about the Mitchell's and T Green having relatives in the Dallas area, but given the current info in the warrants about Louisiana crew traveling to Dallas with plan to rob JB, and JB's home full of weed and cash, it would not surprise me if the unnamed shooter in the 11/23/18 Dallas incident is a very big player in Dallas, and one that may of had problems with JB encroaching on his territory.

He probably wanted JB disappeared or worse. I think he tried to take him out in Nov, and accidently got his friend N Diggs.

Given the obvious power of this unnamed suspect shooter --that nobody's been willing to give up in nearly a year, why wouldn't his reach extend as far as Alexandria, LA.

If anything good can surface from this tragedy, 'I'm hopeful at least one or two heed the warning of how dangerous the illegal trade world can be. Senseless deaths of beautiful young men happening here.

Exactly. Not quite the innocent young man in the DragonballZ teeshirt crying on the stand. He played that role a little too well, IMO. I think he had practice. IMO

I agree with that, but I have seen other articles also claiming Diggs was with Brown.

Appears to me that N Diggs was an acquaintance of JB, but friends with K Morris and the unnamed shooter. The trio were reportedly celebrating a birthday together at several clubs that Thanksgiving night. Appears that JB was the odd man out.
