Was this road a short cut to get to her house?
January 10th was a Thursday, perhaps going to pick up her kids from school?

On the way home from work?

I don't know where is lived, but in one of the articles, the Sheriff's department said that is was not familiar with the road she was on. She turned from a FM (Farm to Market) road, which was a two lane, paved road onto a Country Road and then onto a oil lease road which was a dirt road and a private road. The oil lease roads go up to a gas site where they are processing oil and gas. It is a dead end and the worst road you could end up on if you were trying to get away from someone.

Makes me wonder if she was even driving or made that call.

Hmmm.....good one! I didn't think about it being a weekday. I'm shocked no more news on this one :(

Has she always lived in this area?

There are houses along FM1794, I might have pulled into a driveway of a house. Farm to Market roads can be busy with traffic, don’t know about this particular one.

Wonder where she was going?

We know so very little about Lauren.

Her address history for the previous 11 years puts her in the Houston area - both southeast suburbs and north/northwest (Crosby). In July of 2018 there is an address out of Palestine and going back before 2007 there are addresses in the Palestine area (as well as Arizona) associated with her. This is where her family is.

Why she is in the Carthage area/Panola County I don't know but likely it is connected to a guy.

Correct. She graduated from Palestine High School which is maybe an hour or so away from Carthage. She also had family in Trinidad.

She was employed at a nursing home in Carthage.

Nothing new on Lauren, except I saw a post where her mother said the weight was incorrect on the posters, and said her correct weight would be about 135 pounds.

Since we don’t know where she lived, wondering the route from where she worked in Carthage to her home.

Would guess she worked day shift since she had children.

People that know her said she was a very devoted mother, and it is unlikely that she would go this long without calling them.
I thought Lauren had custody of her children - meaning they lived with her?

I have looked around via google and Facebook today, but I don't see any updates at all on her whether it be still missing and/or found. I'm surprised there hasn't been any additional information if she is still missing? Why isn't her family blasting her information? Did she come home and it just hasn't been reported? This one is so quiet :(

I’m wondering where Lauren was earlier in the day - she didn’t leave her children home alone, so she took them to school, daycare, babysitter?

Maybe that would provide a clue....

She did have custody of them. Her parents have them now. That statement meant that if she were in a situation where she was able, she would have made contact with her family to at least check on her children and talk with them. That hasn't happened. Nobody has heard from her, or if they have, that has not been released.

Thanks! I misunderstood the way it was worded. I am glad her parents have them and I wish there was a break or a clue to find Lauren.
