According to Zimmerman, every employee is required to carry identification, proving who they are with CPS.

Zimmerman also said police will sometimes be with a CPS worker when removing a child from the home, but not always. CPS workers should be carrying a court order, which you can also ask to see.

LL has her listed as his daughter on fb, but his last name isn't love she actually talks about a man name Davis that refers to him,it confusing i hope i didn't make it worse lol.

This honestly makes me sick. I've been following the Ebony Jackson case for days after her baby was found abandoned and she went missing. Ebony was found dead today and it's quite possible that she gave her life to save her child yet here we are with a mother that planned to sell her child (and may have succeeded). What the hell is wrong with people? Babies are not pets. You don't breed and birth a child to sell them off to the highest bidder. There are so many women that long to have a child but can not carry one while monsters like this woman can pop them out only to destroy them. It must be devastating to those women desperate for a baby to watch children thrown away like trash over and over again.

I pray this beautiful child is found safe and placed in a loving home but if she isn't I hope that her mother never breathes fresh air again.

That "I'm a superhero to my daughter" picture and the "I'm not afraid to call Jesus my Lord" post make me want to turn to violence in light of the current situation. Am I reading it right that she lost her sister in Sept and her father in Nov?

My best hope right now is that the person looking to buy the child was either someone who was aware of Moms immaturities and was looking to protect Leah OR someone who was desperate for a child of their own.

I hope that she is safe and well, and given the FB writings I think the FBI will be able to get everything out of Mom that she knows.

The "sister" appears to have been a friend; she died in an automobile accident.

I've been able to confirm both deaths via Lubbock media outlets. I went that far because of some odd comments in one of her posts about her mother's health.

I'm guessing that her CPS file is probably an interesting read.

I am so worried about this little sweetie I really hope that some wonderful person has her and will give her the life she deserves. As vasportsmom said, there are so many wonderful people DESPERATE to bring a child into their lives and then you have revolting people like this, who have no appreciation for what they have. This hits very close to home with me, as I have a daughter the same age and also because I did a donor egg cycle for a beautiful lady in 2011 (we do it differently here in Australia than the US, in that we receive no payment and that most donors and recipients find each other and develop a relationship of sorts), who's just recently had the last embryo transferred, only to find out that it didn't end with a pregnancy. This wonderful woman with so much love to give will never have what this mother had So heartbreaking

Thank you for clearing that up for me. I bet the CPS file is telling too. If it turns out that this child should have been removed from the home earlier or placed in a more secure location I am going to be really upset. Especially if she is harmed in any way.

There are also posts (old, 2011) where she is posting about missing her bf(?) that is in jail and her relative is telling her that she can handle being a single mom. She appears selfish and very needy as far as doing things to get attention.

I agree that her file is probably an interesting read, probably very sad as well.

Poor baby. I cant help but wonder what happened to the other angels in her life.

Thankyou I wanted to help someone else experience the joy that comes with motherhood. Like most parents, I am super sensitive when it comes to children being harmed and this situation just really hit home. I am off to bed soon, here's hoping the morning brings some good newslease:

What would your guess be on selling a child that age? Would this be to some parents who cannot have their own
or would this be something much worse ? I wondered that about baby Lisa. When you think a 12 yr old might
be ' sold' , you can imagine the purposes behind it. But if a tiny child is sold,,,,,,,, surely not ?
