A couple of weeks ago, Aaron Blair, the son of the man arrested, was just going into a tirade about how unfair people in social media were being to his Daddy, and how everybody should get the facts first before they start pointing fingers.

I wonder how he's feeling today............betrayed ?

The Star-Telegram has updated info on the FW murders. Seems someone dropped a dime on Minkley. And then more happened.

An informant’s tip

Fort Worth homicide Detective Kyle Sullivan had begun investigating Minkley as a possible suspect in late August after learning that an informant might have information on the case.

Sullivan and Detective Tom O’Brien met with the informant the next day. The informant told the investigators that Minkley, a former friend who was jailed in Young County, used to live with Jackson and Sessums on Sunset and had allegedly had a property dispute with the couple.

The informant told investigators that Minkley and his girlfriend left town shortly after the triple homicide.

Read the rest in the article because FWPD met with the girlfriend on September 1. Girlfriend told FWPD that she was in the car when Minkley went into the Fort Worth house.

If EM, which is the girlfriend of Tank, had gone to the police with her eyewitness account of the triple homicide in Ft Worth, Leah might still be alive today.

The informant told investigators that Minkley and his girlfriend left town shortly after the triple homicide.

Sullivan and Detective M.D. Green met with Minkley’s girlfriend on Sept. 1.

She told the detectives she and Minkley had gone to his the house on Sunset to obtain some property they had been storing there. She said she stayed in the car while Minkely went inside.

The girlfriend told investigators she soon heard what sounded like a car backfiring twice before Minkley emerged from the house. She told police Minkley told her that Ronney Jackson had pulled a gun on him so he shot Jackson.

Minkley told his girlfriend he then shot an unknown man inside the house and later Sessums after she tried to call police, according to the affidavit.

The girlfriend told investigators Minkley then told her to come inside the house, where she saw the three victims. She said she and Minkley then retrieved items from the house that belonged to them.

Minkley also took Jackson and Sessum’s cellphones, as well as a laptop, from the home, the girlfriend told investigators.

Loughman said it is still undecided whether the girlfriend will be charged in the case.

Obviously EM is not as innocent as she would like to portray herself in all of her Facebook rants and raves, while all the while defending the actions of Minkley. I noticed the last thing she always said was that everybody should pray about it........uh-huh......we all know who needs to be doing the praying Emmie.

Not only was she there at the scene of the triple murder, she actually went inside and saw the three people after being gunned down. She needs to be sitting in a jail cell right next to Minkley, I don't care how slow and stupid she pretends to be.

Coincidence on the same day? Or coordinated?

Going by the information in the ST, "the girlfriend" could be a factor in let's make a deal.

Yeah, he wants to get his version out there, seeing how there's nobody left alive to argue with him about the details.

You know, what is more alarming to me is that the triple murder happened back in May, 2014 and yet the detectives never even pieced together the fact that Minkley had actually lived in the same house as the victims. The cops didn't even know Minkley had resided there until August of this year when an informant told them. Isn't it part of their job description to take fingerprints, interview neighbors, talk to witnesses, and look into the backgrounds of the tenants while "investigating" a triple murder ??

I guess their idea of an investigation and my idea of one must be two different things. Thank God we have narcs and rats, otherwise how else would the cops ever solve anything ?

High tech forensics ?............must only apply to shows on the ID Channel.

It says that Leah and EC Blair actually "dated" for awhile before she broke up with him and apparently tried to rekindle things with his son Aaron, the father of her child.

Sounds pretty Fu%*#$*g sick to me. I think somebody needs to put a filter on that entire gene pool.

No its been stated and affirmed there was a relationship by some family members if you've followed closely. I'm just still in shock although I expected this, still shocking and so thankful for those who did speak up.

On thinking making a deal, BM still got charged today to include capital so doesn't sound like a deal yet or if it is a deal, will that knock down charges from Fort Worth as well?

So sad people think killing will solve everything! I'm looking forward to the rest being rounded up on at least assessory/obstruction.

He might have to testify against the other two before the deal takes place. I hope they have enough evidence so that they don't need his testimony though.

According to my research AB was 4 when EC/LB married. Is EC father/grandfather by blood, adoption, step? Not that it affects this cruel crime outcome but just wondering as dynamics could potentially not be what we think.
