No, no help here, but many of those docs are standard legal fare in all such trials.

IANAL, but I do know this: Their "Motion in Limine (Photographs)" is pure b.s.
Photos of the scene and autopsy photos are evidence which is absolutely relevant to the crime and to what was done to the decedent. It is always asked, and always denied -- but I guess it is standard practice to ask. I have seen a judge disallow some photos when there are two or more that are essentially duplicates, but they have to be very, very similar for them to be excluded. But the rest are, of course, allowed. And I'm sure they will be gut-wrenching and horrible.

The Judge agreed to extension and reset trial date to 4-09 @ 0800

For these charges: DESC-CAP_MUR_CHILD_U/10_YRS
COMMENTS_JDG_OKD_RESET_TO_0409

So Niner, update your spreadsheet on this one. His attorneys still need more time to prepare.

Jeri Renee Quezada (30), "Mom" pled guilty on 7/9/16 to 1 count of felony injury to a child as part of a plea bargain & will testify at BF's trial and be sentenced to 50 years after trial.
9/26 update: trial set for 2/5/18 for Phifer, also Quezada will be sentenced on 2/5/18. Court docs show April 9th date for trial.
