Yes, but that was offered in the very beginning. Nothing new. Just seems there is no movement at all. Of course we don't know everything that's going on.Their community is offering the huge reward money, right?

Is that recent searches? I'm glad if they are new ones. I had not seen any reported for awhile. I knew the citizens were searching, but other than dad and a few other men I didn't know there were that many on the searches from their community. Thanks for the update.A sizable sum as well. In addition, I saw their community out searching with great vigor. Seems to me they jumped right in.

The search on Wednesday night for missing 3-year-old Afghani girl, Lina Khil, led local agents and DPS troopers to an area near Cross Mountain Park in Fredericksburg. The tips came into Lina’s family and to Eagle’s Flight, the non-profit who helps families in crisis.

Neighbors near the park confirmed seeing DPS troopers and local officers in the area. They also questioned neighbors for a few hours.

It's really hard not to, isn't it? However, I do my best to stick to our motto that if remains haven't been found, there is always hope. : )It's been so long.... Each day I'm getting less hopeful![]()
"A tip to police prompted an extensive search this week for missing San Antonio 3-year-old Lina Khil in a Fredericksburg neighborhood. Pamela Allen, a member of local advocacy group Eagle’s Flight, said she received a tip Wednesday night that Lina’s body was buried in a vacant lot in the outskirts of Fredericksburg. After she relayed the information to San Antonio police and the FBI, investigators immediately went to search the area, Allen said."
I was just going to say the same! How odd that her apartment is on Fredericksburg Rd and they were searching in a town called Fredericksburg.
Any reports regarding the search results in Fredericksburg? Are they done there?

My time on WS has firmly convinced me that, particularly where kids are involved, searchers should look at least a mile, preferably two, out past the furthest point that they believe the missing person could possibly get to. The number of people whose bodies have turned up somewhere in that range astounds me.
