I don't believe a word of his story either.

She received stitches for the laceration on her forehead, and it seems more likely to me that the fall resulted from the play-fighting the social worker observed on the aunt's ipad than if she simply fell while sitting at a table. That's if there was a fall...

Also, the caseworker observed the table and area where she fell and noted it in the report, so we know a table exists. I dunno if it's marble, lol. :p MOO

I read it was a marble table here, I recall thinking how hard marble would be against such a small child's skull:

And we know a traffic cam captured an image of the Altima just before 3 p.m. Saturday, driving through a Sugar Land intersection near the shopping mall where Vence said he woke up. So, LE needs to collect a lot of cam evidence to see where he went from the S.L. intersection.

Well...I don't know if we've seen the complete CPS reports, I just saw portions of them for the first time yesterday, or exact dates, but I'll see what I can do.

While I'm working on that, if anyone has links handy for the following, please post! Don't worry about the ones in italics. :)

Last time DV was at work and when he was "officially home."
Last time grandma says she heard or saw Maleah.
When mom went to the airport.
When she was scheduled to return.
Everything that DV claims happened and when it happened with the "abduction."
When mom arrived back from the trip.
When mom says she tried to report her boyfriend (not the kids) missing and when she actually succeeded.

**********

When the car was found. (Added today)
Last time Maleah was at daycare. (April 26, reported today - on next revision)
When he arrived at the hospital. (On existing timeline)
Past incidents of "accidents' and "injuries" and ER trips.
When CPS removed the kids from the mother last year.
Exact date when the kids returned to her partial care.

Stefania Okolie breaks down the timeline of events in the case of missing girl Maleah Davis

Thursday, May 9, 2019 10:12AM
SUGAR LAND, Texas (KTRK) -- As the urgent search grows for a missing Houston 4-year-old believed to have been kidnapped, many questions still surround her disappearance.

An Amber Alert was issued on Sunday for Maleah Davis. She was possibly taken by three men, said her stepdad, Darion Vence. Before the alleged kidnapping, Vence said he was assaulted by the men, then blacked out for 24 hours.

That's where police are hoping the public can help fill in the gaps.

Maleah was wearing a pink bow in her hair, a light blue zip jacket, blue jeans and gray, white and pink sneakers.

She is described as an African-American female with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 3 feet tall and weighs 30 to 40 pounds.

HAVE YOU SEEN HER? 4-year-old girl last seen in Sugar Land.

Here's what we know about how the events have unfolded since Friday night, according to what Vence has told detectives.

Friday, May 3

Around 9 p.m., police say Vence told them he was on his way to pick up Maleah's mother at Bush Intercontinental Airport when he was forced to pull over.

His 1-year-old son and Maleah were with him at the time.

"He hears a popping noise like he has a flat tire," said detective Mark Holbrook.

Vence told police that's when the three men got out and approached him while he was pulled over near Greens Road and Highway 59.

Vence says the men were in a 2010 blue Chevrolet crew cab pickup truck.

One would think he’d want the three bad guys off the streets. That he’d be most eager to testify against them, huh?
Yes, you would think he'd want justice for the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 who smashed his forehead in.

Saturday, May 4

This is where police say there is a major gap in the timeline.

The family's car, a silver Nissan Altima, was last seen driving through an intersection in Sugar Land at 2:54 p.m.

The vehicle, which he recently bought, is considered stolen. It has a Texas temporary tag of 3092G9.

-Eventually, Vence says that he woke up on Saturday around 6 p.m. on the side of Highway 6, near First Colony Mall. His son was with him, but Maleah was not.

- Vence got to Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital to receive treatment for his injuries, it was 11 p.m. He then reported Maleah missing.

Sunday, May 5

By 8 a.m., an Amber Alert was issued for Maleah.

Monday, May 6

At 10:30 a.m., the Houston Police Department requested the immediate help of Texas EquuSearch to try to find Maleah.

Here is some more- hope this helps
Saturday around midnight: HPD was notified that Maleah was missing.

Saturday, 9 to 10 p.m.: Vence arrived at Sugar Land Methodist Hospital with his son, <modsnip: redacted name of child>. He was treated for a head injury. <modsnip: redacted name of child> wasn't injured.

Saturday night: Vence said he walked around, asking for help but everyone ignored his pleas.

Saturday, 6 p.m. Vence said he was in and out of consciousness and didn't really know where he was until 6 p.m. Saturday.

He told police he woke up somewhere off Highway 6 in the Sugar Land area with <modsnip: redacted name of child> in his arms. There was no sign of Maleah.

Friday or Saturday: Vence said he woke up at one point and was in the back of the pickup truck with both children.

Friday night: Maleah's mother, Brittany, who had been flying in from Massachusetts, called someone else to pick her up from the airport when Vence didn't show up.

According to Maleah's grandmother, Brittany was traveling back to Houston after attending her own father's funeral.

Friday, after 9 p.m.: While he was near Highway 59 and Greens Road, Vence said he heard a noise and pulled over to check one of his tires. While he was out of his car, he says he was approached by two men who were in a blue Chevrolet pickup truck.

There is a icon to click on for link, seventh from the B for Bold. Next to it the unlink icon. If you want to post one, I highlight what I want to copy then paste the url it in the window that pops up. At least that is how do it.

Absolutely true! I've walked (very quickly) in several area parks in SL/MC and have seen alligators in the water and even near the trails! Don't even want to think about this.

I had thought that. Even thought of Brazo’s Bend State Park - praying that one is too populated with Park Rangers and people.

Idk but B said he wasn’t answering her calls. Maybe she was calling his bros phone?
Sounds like he’s staying inside & rather uninvolved in flyer distribution.
Omg I cant imagine. He’s not answering your calls? Omg and you know he’s capable ? Ughhhhh.... honey I don’t know how much love I have for you. You knew he was foul. Ugh I’m fighting it. MOO

The first ones with alligators that came to my mind were Kitty Hollow and Oyster Creek - both within 3-4 miles of where the car was found. But those are also just the ones I’m most familiar with around this area. Poor baby could be anywhere :(

I wonder why DV got a new vehicle? Was it a replacement if so, where is the old car.... timing is suspicious.

Initial reports were that the vehicle was owned by BB. I really don't think ownership is confirmed.

Ok, I tried to blow this pic up. I think the paper plate say June 01 2019 is when it expires, which means the car was purchased May 1st. Maleah was reported missing on the 3rd or maybe before. The timing is really freaking me out. Maybe the evidence is in the old car. MOO

Are we sure the law is 30 days still? They recently changed it in some states to 60 days. Totally freaked me out the first few times I saw paper plates that were more than 30 days out from expiration.
