As to BB accessing the apartment after her return, she was videotaped walked into it after the statement/presser yesterday with QX and in that statement I remember him making reference to how "we" (can't say for sure who "we" is) found stuff left by LE in the apartment that indicated they used luminol to test the rooms for blood evidence. So if he is to be believed, BB, himself and probably others have had access to the apartment since Maleah was reported missing and BB was back.

I’m speed reading thru early articles, I think she met LE at apartment Sunday & LE asked Mtc man to unlock the door, I assume they looked around for DV & the kids.

If you had access to some sterile fluids, you can inject some fluid under the skin and achieve a swelling like that. It would heal in a couple of days without leaving a mark.

DV worked PharMEDium, a sterile drug compounding pharmacy in Sugar Land. He would have access to sterile fluids.

BB2 said they called the apts Saturday (morning?) about 4 times and couldn't get anyone to let them in. When she came across a police officer in the parking lot, she went to/called (can't remember which) the office and told them that the police officer wanted in and someone from the apartments finally responded to that.

The first time she tried to get in, the apartment was locked and she didn't have her key. So the maintenance person let her in.
It looks like she went in there again later.
I was also wondering if she had a spare key inside for the other times she accessed the home ?
Part of my reasoning is that BB was in there, before LE knew it was a crime scene.
Makes me wonder.
Did she just look around to see if Maleah might be there ?

There's a reason for these questions since I've an idea about why she wanted to go inside when she knew at this time Maleah was already missing.
Possibly to get rid of something of DV's ?
Other possibilities as well.

And that bump on DV's forehead ? Looks like someone punched him. A person who was ticked off at him. Imo.

Yes, we don't really know at what point it became a crime scene. But it sounds like BB and QX were there at some point and talking to neighbors.
Also, weren't LE searching around that area pretty soon after they realized DV's story didn't add up? I wonder if they suspected from the beginning that something may have happened there.

If it was just laundry, then there would have been video of him returning with the washing in the laundry basket. If it was just a bag of used nappies, then the bag would have gone into the dumpster and he'd come back into the house with an empty laundry basket.

Given that Maleah went into the house, and was never seen coming out, I believe that she was carried out in the laundry basket.

That's what I thought happened. It's somewhere in the twists and turns in this case. The story could have changed too.

Except that QX specifically referred to the fight over the breakup. He said:

So it doesn't sound like he was talking about an earlier trip. IMO he's more interested in his 15 minutes than BB or Maleah. MOO.

The fact that BB2 has to tell her what to do anytime something needs to be done or a decision needs to be made makes me think that she might have some type of issue.
