I don’t have a link, but imo it was widely known he was staying with his brother. Iirc, BB told us during one of her performances.

I think this would be significant because Wednesday would be well into the period of time when she said they were no longer in contact with each other.

Bond set for suspect in Maleah Davis' disappearance
Well, there must have been enough probable cause for the charges, right?

Based on what the DA said (that was the DA, right? On headphones?), the probable cause came from the blood traces in the apartment and the cadaver dogs hitting on the car. But they haven't proven yet that the cadaver inside the car was Maleah, hence not definitively saying that she was killed.

There was a small audience, maybe around a dozen people. Hard to tell if anyone was anyone we've heard of -- definitely did not recognize anyone from BB's side of the family. There was one guy in the front row who made some odd gestures for a few moments, maybe just to indicate he couldn't hear? But I am not sure what he was doing.

The audience isn’t supporting him, they are other people arrested and waiting to see the judge. Bet he isn’t in a cell yet, unless he has talked. He is probably with LE and others answering questions.

That's what he told LE, then after they saw video of him being dropped off, he told them he was, but lied about who was driving.
So far we don't know who actually dropped him off in his own stolen car. Imo
