I've been away from the thread for a day or two and I've come back to this. This is beyond sad.

Mom and Boyfriend (fiance, stepfather, whatever), should both be locked up.

I'm disgusted and horrified. What vile people Maleah had to deal with in her short little life.

The gas can worries me; Maleah may never be found. MOO

It is too sad and horrible for words.

As far as I know it is quite hard to burn a body; right? But he could have burned evidence.

I don’t understand the sneaking her in part. You wouldn’t want to give your baby a hug bye when you leave on a long trip? I can’t imagine that. Nor I can’t imagine not taking kids with me for something like that. Something doesn’t add up or make sense with that to me.

I think its believable she would not take maleah with her. Plane tickets are expensive. Especially cross country ones.

Just to be clear i dont think he snuck her in, I think the opposite and both of them were aware Maleah was back in the apt. I asked about wether any texts had been verified as credible because BB states he snuck her back in whilst she was still home. Awaiting to be taken to the airport.

I'm sorry, but there is NO WAY someone "snuck" a 4yo anywhere and the other people didn't know. That would only be possible if the 4yo was asleep, and she clearly wasn't based on the surveillance images.

From the distance he is ahead of her he entered that apt and probably left the door open for her. There is no way he snuck her in.

I feel like if bb had something to do with disappearing her daughter they would have had more time to come up with a better story. I think something happened after the mom left for the funeral.

That footage of the last time Maleah was seen is heartbreaking. She looked dressed for daycare. Such a beautiful girl.

Maybe. But then again BB is a moron so it’s entirely possible they had time and this is the best they came up with. Am I allowed to say that or is that too “mean-spirited” because we’re still continuing the charade she’s a victim?

The problem with these time stamped home video systems is you have to set the times yourself on most of these. My cameras I have setup were still an hour behind until last month due to daylight savings time. So all these times on the home videos might possibly be an hour off on evidence.

Wow! I wonder if that's enough probable cause for LE to up DV's charge to murder?

They already had this footage at the time of the arrest and the court appearance yesterday, so IMO they are still waiting on something else.

All we need it the Timestamped pics of BB leaving the apt for the airport. Before or after DVs return. Regardless of any other facts BB needs to rot in jail for allowing this man to be near her child knowing what she knew.
