I def have the same bucket. It’s the cheapest one at Walmart or maybe dollar tree haha!! Blue is the only color, wherever I got it. I looked for black.

I think I'm missing documentation from CPS before the brain injury. If exists before that event, then CD was possibly involved.

I haven't seen any documentation before the brain injury. (I thought the way they worded it made it sound like CPS had custody before that) But doctors believe that there may have been previous injuries. The biological father is named in the document, so he is involved either way. Imo

The odd thing about the hospital picture is the wall and the chair. The wall is some sort of foam, which is porous making it difficult to clean and sanitize. The hospitals I have worked at have plain walls that are easy to clean and sanitize, and definitely no texture. The chair looks to be an office chair, not one typically seen in an ER waiting room or patient room. Maybe he was in an office in the ER or in what they call a quiet room.

The other pictures were taken somewhere else. I'm guessing at the apartment or BB2's house.

Can't be the apartment. He never went back there after being released from the hospital supposedly, then went on the run and needed a manhunt to find him according to Q. But then there is a "witness" that claims to of seen DV on Saturday night smoking a cigarette.

I think they both battered Maleah. How long were Maleah and her younger brother in daycare? Only after CPS got involved? How long did DV and BB live at BB2's?

If you look behind and to the the lower right of DV there is a blue laundry basket. So, I'm thinking the photos were taken at? BB2?

You mean before he took the body out of the house?

I wondered ab out the insurance policy myself along with the helmet ,that child should of been wearing all along. So man unanswered questions . More need to be held accountable .

Since DV was reportedly the only one who worked and QX says this is a family who didn't have two nickels to rub together. Makes no sense they would have life insurance on the kids? Were there polices for DV & BB too?

Based on BB last interview, DV left the hospital and went to BB's mother's house, where BB was staying. On Monday or Tuesday, it wasn't clear, he went to his brother Joe's house. LE arrested him there. No manhunt and he wasn't on the run.
Joe Sr. does tell an interesting story in his interview about Joe Jr. taking his family to St. Louis to get away from the media. LE stopped them before they got out of Houston to make sure DV wasn't in the car. They then went to Joe Jr.'s place and arrested DV.

It appears he has a disposable hospital gown or top on. So I'm guessing he was at the hospital unless he left with it on. I just can't figure out where he might have been.

that pic is taking outside. enlarge it and you can see a fence. The floor is concrete like an outside patio. Also, if you look at the fence it is similar to the fence at the apartments on the patio.

Sure looks like it. That would blow the whole "he never went back to the apartment" out of the window, though. ??? Thanks, lucylulu.

Perhaps the day care turned Maleah and DV away the morning of April 30 because she did not have her helmet. This would explain why he left one child there but returned home with Maleah. This would cause BB to become upset because Maleah being home might interfere with both BB's timing to leave for the airport, and for DV to go to work that day. IMO.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I could see them being afraid for her safety as well as the liability.

Yeah, I don't think it's "the" laundry basket though. I would expect they were taken at BB's, but that fencing and concrete floor sure looks like it could be BB and DV's patio at the apartment. MOO

I place zero credibility on another life insurance story. A burial policy perhaps, but for anything else we are talking about 4 year old with history of recent traumatic brain injury (TMI). Not going to happen. MOO
