It makes me sad when I see people talking of a two-year-old baby playing at the park or in the courtyard or under the stairs by herself as if it is a perfectly normal thing to leave your child unattended.
Unfortunately many still have a false sense of security if their children are playing close by.
Maybe they don't keep up with abduction cases as closely as we do. If not, I wish they did.
Then they would realize how quickly abductions of small children can happen with no child being immune especially when playing alone. Even if they can be seen playing from the window of where the children live there wouldn't be enough time to stop the abduction from happening. It doesn't seem to matter if it's a busy residential area or in a quaint rural area.
And with violent crime skyrocketing across our nation now it seems the violent criminals are more emboldened. No longer are they invading the homes to abduct their little victims, but are doing more abductions in broad daylight it seems.
Maybe the suspects know parents still have a false sense of security if their children are playing close to their home when it's in the day time.
Tragically, but true, no one... whether its adult females, adult males or little girls, and boys they can become victims in the blink of an eye no matter where they live or what they are doing.
I've mentioned this in other child abduction cases that with kiddie

being a billion dollar a year business I'm so afraid we are going to see more very young boys, and girls targeted/abducted for deviant motives.
The kiddie

sales shows there are a slew of vile predators who relish in the unbelievable torture, and rape of very young beautiful innocent children with some of the little victims even being infants.
My heart breaks the most for children who are victims of crimes.
It's like a war has been waged against so many of them. If they are not being inhumanely neglected or grossly abused in all forms ..mostly by one of their own parents ...they are being cruelly murdered by bio parents too way too often.
Then the stranger pedophile predators are cruising the streets looking for the opportunity to abduct them.
Then minor boys, and girls are being targeted by sex traffickers. The heartbreaking part is even LE seems to just write these young minors off as simply runaways instead of investigating what really happened to the thousands who go missing each year with most never found.
At first, I was hoping Tootie being missing was a custodial abduction since most of those cases winds up with the children being found alive. But from what I've read both of her parents live with Tootie.
