*Status Conference Hearing (@ CT) – TX – Infant (4 mos.) (July 12, 2018, San Antonio) – *Terrence Wayne Harper (30) arrested (7/16/18), indicted (12/18/18) & arraigned (12/21/18) with causing serious injuries to a child (son). $150K bond, released.
Infant (5 mos.) (Mar. 12, 2012, San Antonio) - Rearrested (12/19/18), indicted (12/17/18) & arraigned (12/21/18) with capital murder of a child under 10. $500K bond.
1/23/19 Update: pretrial hearing on injury to child case (4 month old). 2/14/19: Both cases have been combined to same dates. Attorney withdraws. 2/28/19: Bond reinstated @ $150K. 3/14/19: New attorney assigned. Next Status hearing on 5/24 to set trial date.
5/24/19 Update: Bond review hearing & set trial date on 8/2. 8/2/19: Reset hearing to set trial to 11/1. 11/1/19: Next status conference hearing on 12/9, and discovery & pretrial motions hearing on 2/4/20. 12/9/19: Next hearing for both cases on 2/4/20.
