TX - Man Passes Note To Boy In Library For Sex, Austin

FWIW the sex offender in this case is on the sex offender registry for enticing a minor in 2008. So according to the law he is on point. Does not appear to be any other criminal history.

Hoping the victim has gotten good counseling and is well. Same for his mom.
