Police had arrested them on capital murder charges, but the grand jury returned murder indictments which carry a punishment ranging from 5 to 99 years in prison or a life sentence with the possibility of parole.

*Nina Tamar Marano (49/now 50) – First appearance hearing on 7/20/21.
