JMO There are several things in her life that could give us a better understanding of what was going on in her life prior to her disappearance and perhaps provide a clue.

The job(s), babysitter and National Guard are big mysteries.

Exactly!

If the National Guard didn't get involved, this indicates to me that perhaps she was no longer a member. Prisma's father said on Gray Hughes' channel that she had some sort of a training injury, a crack in her femur or something similar and was on light duty. Not sure how long ago that happened. Maybe her status changed since then.

Formerly in the National Guard is a good way to report it if that’s the case. I missed that on his podcast. Thanks @indicolite22

I remember Winter63 saying the National Guard said they were going to investigate but then they never heard from them again? Do y’all remember that? I’ll go back & see if ai can find it.

Found it

I know at one time they were going to help with investigation or do their own, but the family hasn't heard anything more on that!

Can someone help me a bit please? I'm late to this case so I have a question. Prisma stayed in the restaurant for 3 hours after her boyfriend, or ex-boyfriend left. Then she left and eventually we see her park and enter the building where the elevator is. They said that her Ex lived there but was out of town. I'm confused. Who was with her at the restaurant, who lived in the building where she is seen by the elevator, why didn't she know that this ex or whatever was out of town, where was her car found ( how far away )with respect to where she parked when she entered the building with the elevator? Also, when we see her at the elevator, is she on the first floor then or 2nd floor?

She had lunch with the ex. The ex lives in that building. She also knows someone else in that building. It isn't clear if she knew the ex was going out of town. Her car was on the other side of the street (Roseland Ave) from the parking garage entrance (approx 75 to 80 feet from the garage gates). She is at the first floor elevator on the video.

Winter63 I am new and this is my first post/question, but have been following since June.
I have questions:
1) Has Prisma ever disappeared for longer than 48 hours before? or Leaving her son for 48 hours or more, without reason or notice?
2) Has Prisma ever demonstrated she was suicidal? (known suicide attempts or overt threats)
3) Has Prisma shown any signs of mental illness? Manic decisions? Risky behaviors? Self destructive? Depression?
4) Do you know if Prisma at the time of her disappearance was taking any anti-anxiety medication? Xanix?
5) I believe you stated, in regards to the vehicle in the parking garage, with the trunk open, next to Prisma, two people were known with similar vehicles. Who are they?

Not sure if we know the answers...but that day must have been at the very least highly unusual...it would be for anyone. Could be alcohol-fueled if she is not used to daytime drinking...maybe she did not really eat much of that lunch. Meds have not been confirmed either way.

That confused me at first as well and I asked for clarification, but before I got it (if I ever did; I may have missed it) I came to the conclusion that he must've had lunch and then went out of town after lunch. But I also think "out of town" could be the equivalent of a suburb on the opposite side of Dallas... that is just speculation on my part.

I agree it was probably a suburb... I recall the article saying he was “in another city” but I assumed that meant another city nearby. Now I can’t find the article though.

Yes from what I remember he was “in another town” later after lunch not “out of town.” Dallas proper is pretty small but the whole area is made up of tons of suburbs and is still considered “Dallas.” So he could have been just minutes away—and supposedly he returned at 4am.

I just re-watched this video Trackdown: Help find missing Mesquite mom Prisma Reyes and I’m wondering about the phone.

If she fell into the dumpster and her phone broke, would that explain why there were no incoming calls showing past 6:01?

Does anyone know when that dumpster was emptied?

BBM. Do you have a source for that part? I haven't seen it mentioned in any official source or by our VI, but I might have missed it.

Just from her friends list on FB. I could prove it by posting the person's name and address but that would be sleuthing someone we can't.

I only ever bring it up because otherwise we get the myth that there is one and only one person Prisma knows that lives in the building.

I haven't posted I don't think since all of the new info has been provided. It quite honestly makes me question much of what I thought.

Prisma was clearly on a path that day of emotional meltdown and/or a downward spiral.

The new info actually has me wondering if she planned to disappear. I still hope if so, that whoever helped her do so did not do anything to her. On the bright side, it may mean she is safe.

If this is not the case, I still lean towards the ex...

Back a ways someone mentioned she likely never planned to return to the auto dealer and I think that is a good point and a few things lend towards that thought. She later turned around when she was heading towards work or home? If home, maybe right then and there she made a decision to not only blow off work but her life and/or to run...

Something has always been missing here and I am not sure what it is. She apparently never left that building unless it was in a car or I guess it is possible a back door... Maybe she was crying at the top floor of the parking ramp because she knew she was leaving her life shortly...

I do not mean suicide, I mean running and/or hiding. The call to an attorney surprises me. The turnaround and going to the apartment complex gives me a few different thoughts...

This is an odd case. I am 100 percent in support of Prisma but I have always been convinced she was killed and probably by the ex but these new things have me questioning that somewhat.

She, however, still could have turned to the wrong person for help.

She seems to have been reacting or running from something...

The hour call to the sitter still sits funny. Do we even know is this sitter a friend, a roommate, an acquaintance, a relative...?

I remember a case where for quite awhile someone was called a child's caregiver and as it turned out, it was her aunt. Did she take care of her? Yes. However, that is what LE does--tells the truth but keeps some facts back...

Just thoughts.

I pray for Prisma and will continue to.

I’ve been thinking along these lines as well.

If she did leave her life voluntarily I don’t believe it was because of the events of that day....I believe the events of the day were her reaction to knowing she was leaving. So the question is what could have made her have to disappear and leave her son and family? She obviously was very distraught over it if this were the case.

I agree. The new facts somewhat seem to lead one to that line of thinking, it just makes sense or more sense than some things with the bit we have.

Then there is the custody thing... Could she have thought her parents would have a better chance than she would and think it may be wondered by the court if the father was responsible for her missing and play it safe with custody... Just a thought and speculation again.

Jmo.

The babysitter was reportedly a friend.

IMO the long talk to the babysitter and crying more likely indicate distress connected to her relationship with the ex. After all, she ran to his building and kept calling him although he didn't seem to have replied.

If she disappeared over custody, what was the end game? When is she going to reappear?
