Prisma’s Dad has stated for the record (ask Winter63 if you don’t believe me) that a guy gave her that Jeep as a gift.

Her ex boyfriend also went on an interview (ask Winter63 if you don’t believe me) that she accidentally called him. She thought she was calling the guy at the apartment but dialed the wrong #. That’s who she was talking to on the phone in the surveillance footage. She was asking what his apartment number was and to let her up. But it was the wrong number. That’s why she looks down at her phone and laughed once he said it was him and not the guy living at the apartment complex. The friend also said that Prisma did drink a lot.

So it is fact that that Jeep was a gift from a guy. And that she was trying to call the person who lived there and was asking what apartment he was in and to let her up. She was yelling. But she called the wrong #. That was the guy out of town. You can find these call in interviews. Here:

The ex called in at 2 hours and 34 minutes. Talking about the wrong # and how she was yelling to let her up. Not confused as the news reports. The Dad calls in as well and talks about the Jeep being a gift from a guy. The friend calls in as well.

The ex boyfriend also said that the “dude she was visiting was a very violent guy.” (Guy she was trying to call).

That’s around 2 hours and 36 minutes of the same YouTube video.

Does the dad say which guy gave her the car? Was it the ex who lived in that apartment building?

Questions that I wish I had answers to:

1. When, and by whom, was the lunch date with the ex-boyfriend set up by?
How far in advance, was this planned, did he initiate or did she?

2. Is it true that they had "rekindled" their romance? If so, for how long?
I know the VI posted it and only a few people knew, but for how long had they been together again? And was it a real relationship, or just a friends with benefits type thing?

3. How long had she been at her new job? What triggered the alleged confrontation with a co-worker?
I speculated that this may have been a trigger for the whole days' events. What was it over? Did she already have a lunch date planned, or was it a "screw it, day is ruined, I'm gonna drink my lunch" kind of thing?

4. Any other looming legal issues or issues with the National Guard?
Was she in good standing? Were there hints of trouble on the horizon?

5. Why did her previous employment end?
Was it on good terms, etc?

6. Has the ex-boyfriend's phone, GPS, and alibi been verified for his movements that day? Was he where he said he was? Any gaps in timelines, visits to remote areas etc?
I realize as citizens we would never know the answer to this question, but I sure hope LE does.

Continuing to hold her and her family in my prayers...

I've worked on some cases in the years since retirement, so I've learned a little as I went along. I only work on cases with video footage or a still shot that is relevant to the case. I've come to a few conclusions in this case, but I've only been here for a few days so forgive me if I say something stupid. I've deduced some things, one of which is related to the report that Prisma had a gun. This may not seem relative, but it is for a secondary reason.
I believe that it's true that Prisma was carrying a gun. Whether she pointed it at someone is not an issue in this for me, only if she had a gun. Two things I saw on the video convinced me. To begin with, she ran from her car to the building, something not necessary unless she was very late for something, or in this case, if she feared that the cops would show up. She knew they would be called and she knew she better drop the gun somewhere before they caught up with her. That explains why she drove to her ex's building and why she ran to the building from her car. She needed to drop the gun where she could retrieve it later and she needed to hurry before the cops showed up.
Next, when she entered the building she took a strange route. She circled to the right of a post, instead of walking straight ahead. I think she did that so that the post could block the camera's view, so that she could slip the gun into her bag without being recorded. If you watch closely you'll see her make a very quick transfer of an item from her hand into the bag, doing that mostly while hidden behind the post. The item was the right size and generally fit the description of a handgun, I saw it enough to be confident saying that it was a hand gun.
One thing I'm not sure of is, she was said to be talking on the phone with the baby sitter I believe, so did she already discover that her ex wasn't there and if so, how did she do that? If she didn't go upstairs yet and she's talking to the babysitter, how could she have known that he wasn't there? I would have expected her to leave that building if her ex wasn't there but she lingered for awhile and I wonder why? I'm not sure, maybe you guys know? There are 3 more things that we know and these things fit the theory that I'm working on. I'll talk about that later when I know more.
Just one more thing; I have a hunch that the clues needed to solve this aren't hidden well enough to count the old guy out. Give him a few days or a couple weeks, ......then we'll see.
She didn't drop the gun anywhere. The gun was found in her jeep.

Great questions! There seems to be a reluctance to address some of these basic questions. Not sure if it’s due to preserving the integrity of the investigation or to preserve her reputation. If the latter, it doesn’t matter what she did or didn’t do. She’s missing and needs to be found for her son’s sake. I don’t think any of us are here to judge. What’s the saying? There but for the grace of God, go I.

The babysitter situation is baffling. I want to know if there are calls/texts/voicemails from the babysitter to Prisma during those 2 hours she was waiting for Prisma to pick up her son. If there is nothing then I think the babysitter is somehow involved. While waiting for 2 hours you would think she would be leaving voicemails and texts asking where she was. MOO

You got me turning my gears. The devil is often in the details. The only real mystery here involves the mysterious "babysitter" why the secrecy? All we know is Prisma allegedly had a long conversation with her that day. No other day, just that particular day. Does anyone know if the babysitter and ex bf know each other or connected in any other way? Does ex bf have sister? Aunt? Could she be the babysitter? I ask this because allegedly Prisma was crying to her over her ex bf. To me it's not a stretch to think she would vent to a relative of ex bf.

JMO.

I watched the recent Gray Hughes' videos about Prisma. In one, Gray shows Prisma's call log for the day. She called and spoke to three people in the last 12 minutes. There was a two-minute call at 5:49 (caught on camera) to a person who wasn't interviewed by Gray. The person from the four-minute call at 5:57 was on Gray's show and he was the one who claimed that Prisma called him by mistake. The last was a three-minute call at 6pm to another friend who was out of state and who stated that Prisma sounded confused to the point that she did not know her location.

So we don't know yet what she was talking about when on camera next to the elevator.

Thanks. I hadn’t seen this article previously. It’s the first time I see that she told the babysitter during their 3:00 pm conversation that she would pick up her son at 7:00 pm. Did she always pick up her son at 7:00 pm? You seem to know this case inside out. What time was she supposed to get off from work if she hadn’t blown it off?
She was supposed to pick up her son after work at 7:30. This was her normal daily routine. She had been working at the car lot for only a couple of weeks.

1. When, and by whom, was the lunch date with the ex-boyfriend set up by?

We don't know, but (according to the phone log) she was on the phone with her ex multiple times before lunch and the previous evening.

I know the VI posted it and only a few people knew, but for how long had they been together again? And was it a real relationship, or just a friends with benefits type thing?
Prisma's father said in an interview that Prisma called him "soon after her birthday" and told him that she was back with the ex. He could hear him in the background.
3. How long had she been at her new job? What triggered the alleged confrontation with a co-worker?

She had been at the car lot for only a couple of weeks. Her father said that she had a clash with another employee in the morning regarding a parking spot. The man from the 5:57 call also said that she did not get along with her coworkers (apparently she texted him about it earlier in the day).

Prisma's father said in the Gray's video that was linked earlier that Prisma bought the gun for her birthday in March. So she could have been back with the ex for a couple of months before she went missing.

BBM - So he’s not an “ex” but her actual boyfriend at the time she went missing? Strange that her current boyfriend isn’t out there publicly searching for her.

The ex boyfriend also said that the “dude she was visiting was a very violent guy.” (Guy she was trying to call).

It's kind of interesting that the ex-boyfriend, who has a history of domestic violence against Prisma, would know/say this about another guy. Deflection or genuine concern?

I wish I could listen at work, but I can't. How did the ex-boyfriend sound when he called in - demeanor, worry, defensive? Anyone?

Also, I think I'm even more confused than I was before about the calls. So she wasn't trying to reach the ex, but the other friend who lives at the apartment? But she dialed the wrong number? Hmmm.

Also, @indicolite22, thank you so much for answering as many of my questions as you can. Very helpful!

No, the guy who gave the interview was not the violent one and there is no info that he lived anywhere near Olympus. We don't know when she dated him. It could have been after she first dated the violent ex, which was years ago.

He sounded quite relaxed to me.

She was trying to reach her ex who lived at the appartments the whole time, but he didn't seem to answer her calls. She called three other people (one of them apparently another ex). We don't know where they lived.

I think we’re confusing ex’s here... the ex she went to lunch with isn’t the guy who called into Gray’s interview.

  • #920
Did the guy (referred to as C by Gray) in Gray’s interview, actually say he was an ex of hers?
