Waxahachie police are asking for the public's help in finding a 65-year-old man with a cognitive disability who has been missing since Thursday night.

Randall Scott Prutzman was last seen around 10 p.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of Wildflower Drive. He is white, about 5-10 and 210 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes.

Prutzman wears rectangular bifocals and has a tattoo on his right forearm that says, "Randy."
