GUILTY TX - Richard York, 45, Texarkana, 2 July 2017 *arrest*

Richard York was last seen during the early morning hours of July 2nd when he was dropped off on the side of the roadway on Summerhill Road just south of Interstate 30.

Police say he was highly intoxicated at the time and requested the person with whom he was riding to drop him off there.

York is described as being 45 years old, 5'10", and 205 pounds.

Information was originally given to police stating that*Richard York was dropped off near Summerhill Road and I-30 on July 2, and was highly intoxicated at the time. According to TTPD investigators, updated information indicates that Mr. York was last seen in the area of 800 Capp Street. So, that is where the search is now focused.

It's a little rough of a neighborhood there. Lots of abandoned property and def some crime. If anyone searches the area and needs a hand let me know. Lots of nice folks there but a few bad apples.

The 4th Street overpass area close by is full of homeless. They have a church every Sunday in that area outside. It would be a valid idea to ask them if they have heard or seen anything since they are on those streets.

Anyone with tips or help, let me know. I'll put in the footwork. Even better if I can get help.
