Why would she hoist herself up to sit on railing? Sadly, I think it was an intentional fall. Jmo.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, passengers are specifically cautioned about climbing, sitting, standing on balcony/deck railings. Such admonitions are for the safety of all passengers. It's up to guests to follow the rules because ignoring them places oneself in danger and possibly others near them. Based on everything I've read/heard about the incident, SB was alone on an upper (public) deck of the ship in the wee hours. There was probably no one around to prevent her from climbing on the railing. I'm not sure if SB intended to jump from the ship or if she was inebriated and unaware of her behaviors. Sad either way. :moo:
