If in fact there was some sort of cover up and I'm still undecided but leaning toward there having been...I don't think anyone killed her on purpose.
I think it's possible that she may have died due to some injury or neglect (medicine) and they decided to call it suicide.
How sad is it that normally I wouldn't consider any deceit but I do based on the behavior of the officer that arrested SB. IMO

We will have to agree to disagree on LE killing Sandra. I just don't see it.

Why would there being one bad officer mean that there are many others in this case. If I see some good evidence of that then maybe I'll change my mind.

I just can't paint that broad of a brush with what we know at this time. JMO.

So now the narrative has moved from racist murderers to racist negligent people? It's difficult to keep up

With all due respect I think maybe you might want to take a breath and slow down. This is a very inflammatory comment and is putting words in my mouth. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. I'm not looking for a fight.

There is no doubt in my mind that there is a cover up. Edited video, moving her off camera, telling a witness to stop filming, releasing an incomplete autopsy report, the list goes on, and on. How much more evidence of cover up do you need?

Also, it happened in Waller County, no?

Hey folks - let's do our best to make as little clean-up work for the mods as possible, which means we should probably try to avoid quoting and responding to clearly objectionable posts. I know, it's really hard to resist sometimes, and I have done it countless times, but I would bet my (brother's) elbow that this thread will require some mod attention when they get to it.

The officer that arrested her had NOTHING to do with anything that went on in the jail. Totally separate organizations and employees.

With all due respect you are accusing LEO of murder, negligent homicide or worse. Quite the accusation. Just maybe it is those parroting this line of thinking that may need to"take a breath".

Their training is that all citizens are the enemy and a threat to their safety, and should be messed with as much as possible.

I don't believe that, but I guess you have a link?

The only reference to racism came from your post. The post you quoted did not mention anything regarding race.

Again I don't think anyone killed her. I think she may have died due to a previous injury or some sort of neglect.
You're correct. I shouldn't judge based on the performance of the arresting officer and yet how did he feel so free to act the way he did during a traffic stop?
Just left a bad taste for many I think. IMO

I think it's possible. We will see what the second autopsy shows. These folks have lied at every opportunity - I don't know why anyone would believe them at this point without an objective third party.

So the conspiracy to kill Sandra could be very large. It could include the medical examiners office.

I have problems with large conspiracies. They just don't make any sense to me. JMO

I jus don't think we will ever agree on this. It started with him saying she seemed irritated as if that would be a shock to him. It continued when he asked her if she was done. All said with a tone. I may be projecting, but I also 100% trust my instincts.

Edited to fix autocorrect. Lol

But she had a 'tone' as well. When he came to the drivers side window and she said in a very rude condescending way ' just waiting on you, this is your job...etc'

SB was a long time activist against police brutality. She had her own inner hostility and anger towards this officer that was evident to him.

You say your gut tells you he is an abuser. You may be right. But mine tells me that she was rude and hostile towards LE. And that is a gut instinct that I trust as well.

People here are so quick to berate him for being rude and yet they seem to applaud her for being the same way. Like it is OK or even a positive thing for her to be hostile and obstinate. JMO

Read the first 3 pages for reference. Unless it had been deleted it was implied by numerous posters that race played a role in this case.

How about the way she acted? Is that fine?

You can't arrest a citizen for being rude or having an attitude. Just saying. IMO

I don't know if any of it has been deleted, but yes, earlier I said race played a role and I also referenced the history of racism in this particular county and state. I also mentioned how much more like African Americans are to be killed by police officers. That's all still true and I stand by it.

She was fine until he ordered her out of her vehicle and when she asked why he decided to wrestle her out. I think any normal citizen would have questions of an officer acting so irrational and physical during a minor traffic infraction. I would. IMO

I think there are posters on this thread that give the police the benefit of the doubt until evidence changes their mind & there are those that attack the police on every thread they post on.

Post worth repeating!
