There was an interview with a woman being held in the cell across from her, who reported SB was becoming upset that people were not getting back to her. Certainly no one rushed over there to get her out.Do you have a link to substantiate the claim that her family 'ignored' her? I'm thinking you must, as you've said this more than once.
I'd guess that was why she wanted to use the phone at the desk and not the normal phone for inmates. Can't leave voice mails when you have to call collect.
That has to be an awful feeling. It doesn't even sound like she got to shower since she was brought in. You can't just use your phone to call people. People can't just call you. While you're busting to get this all behind you, you can't set the pace, and no one shares your sense of urgency that you don't belong in jail. To me, she seemed pretty fragile before any of this happened. This was like a perfect storm in a lot of ways.
