Why? Many perps. go back to the area. Some get a thrill out of it, others want to see what's going on, etc.

Also, many times several people share the same vehicle. People loan theirs out or trade it for cash or dope, so whoever was driving it when they picked her up might have returned the car at some point. JMO

The area is adjacent to a major toll road that is an outer loop around the city. The toll road, Sam Houston Tollway, does connect to major interstates. There are cameras at the many toll booths along the way. There has been “hand-free” collection of tolls since April 2020, no cash is collected there. Every car without a toll tag is photographed and drivers can pay online, OR a bill is sent to the registered owner of that car. Hope that technology will help them determine if the car they are looking for went through the closest toll booths.

What is Sara's living arrangement?
She lives on her own along with her younger brother?
In the family home along with her brother and parents?

What in the world is going on that this beautiful 18 year old young woman is doing this kind of work and is "basically raising" her 15 year old brother? Where are her parents? I wouldn't think your average 18 year old is financially or emotionally equipped to raise a 15 year old. Exposing a minor to this type of illegal work/lifestyle would do more harm than good, I'd imagine as well.

Seriously, what are the parents thinking? If she's living in your home, convince her of her TRUE worth and guide her into the direction of employment that is legal and rewarding and get professional help; counseling and rehab if needed/applicable. If they refuse, they can live on their own. And "practically raise" your 15 year old yourself- shouldn't be her responsibility whether she took it upon herself to do that or not.

End of rant, sorry.

I hope this young woman is found alive and WELL. I don't have a great feeling about it with the info we have about the car and her cell phone being tossed but I hope she returns home soon. Im sure that younger brother of hers, whom she seems to absolutely adore, is worried sick about her.

And kudos to her friends for getting word out about her, locating her phone and apparently surveillance video too?! Nice job advocating for Sara!
 
This just breaks my heart. As a mother to a daughter, I wish so much she had better choices to be made. There are so many possibilities here. The fact that she first was reported to have gotten into the vehicle willingly to me means it was either someone she knew or a customer. Then trying to leave in my opinion I think it was a disagreement as to why she was there and for what. Then there were the reports of this person allegedly targeting other women. That could indicate someone targeting sex workers or a serial predator, whose motives may well be different than someone just tarketing a sex worker. Having no conclusive evidence as to the POI's motive hames profiling him much harder.
 
Has anyone heard of a group called liberation team? Apparently they are a non profit, that deals with anti sex traffiking. I found them on FB while looking to see if there was anymore information on Sara. They do have a flyer that seems to have a couple more details that I had not seen before. JMO
 
I would feel safe saying Sara's home life left a lot to be desired. Parent(s) is either MIA or checked out, likely due to addiction or mental health issues. She's so young, I hope she's given the opportunity to rise above the circumstances (whatever they may be) she was in. I include her fifteen year old brother in my wishes as well.

@agilbe can you post the flyer please.
 
I had not seen anything in reference to a description of the man in the car.

Sorry for this over generalization. There could very well be other non nefarious reasons she is raising her brother. That was frustration speaking.
