Yup that's what it said. "At the time of her disappearance, Sara Ann was last seen wearing a white, furry jacket, and has a gold tooth tattoo on her abdomen." From the notice they had on their site.
Also, who knew? Tooth tattoos can have a meaning. Not sure about Sara but

This article states the car "was seen cruising around after Sara’s [supposed] abduction." That seems unlikely. Or at least ridiculously stupid. Not that stupid = impossible. IMO

You might want to take a look at ol’ Gary Ridgway. He frequented the same areas, sometimes the same night.

Sara Goodwin update: Man charged with murder of missing teen | khou.com
According to court documents, Henry David Cossette is charged with murder in the death of Sara Goodwin. He is also charged with tampering with evidence - a human corpse and arson for setting fired to his apartment on Feb. 19.

Well I'm glad they caught him. He lives in the same apartment complex as Sara did according to Harris County Municipal Records. This is his first criminal charge in Harris County.

Suspect Arrested, Charged in Woman’s Death at 8600 South Course Drive – City of Houston | Newsroom
''Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the death of a woman at 8600 South Course Drive about 3 a.m. on February 6.
The suspect, Henry David Cossette, 28, is charged with murder, arson and tampering/fabricating evidence in the 184th State District Court. A booking photo of Cossette is attached to this news release.''

''The identity of the victim, 19, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.''

''Last Saturday (February 19), HPD patrol officers and Houston Fire Department emergency personnel responded to an intentionally set fire in an apartment at the above address. Cossette was found inside the apartment and he admitted to killing a 19-year-old woman and leaving her body in the 1800 block of Fellows Road in south Houston. Remains of the woman’s body were recovered.''

:( I guess I knew how this was going to turn out. I kept hoping though. I'm heartbroken for her family, friends and especially her brother. RIP Sara.
