Oh Idaho, You are so fortunate that your family is interested in what you do to the point of helping like -mowing lawns. When I was at the height of selling RE and specialized in 'water' properties or small farms, I was on my own with no hubby and two teenage sons who were great but started pulling pranks because I was gone so much
In fact my eldest boy Randy told me he used to take my car out in the middle of the night to joy ride, and I never suspected a thing!
Can you believe it? Well, they both turned out wonderful and I am proud of them, like you are of your guys,
It is a good thing they never told me what they did when I was sleeping, as they both might still have had a hard time walking to this day, and that was back in 1986!
Remember, if you're coming down to the wire in the decision to write it, just shut up sweetie and you've got it made. Worked for me everytime.

PS: I remember IdahoMom when I first met you here, I always pictured you standing at the kitchen sink peeling vegetables for soup in an adorable little ranch style house out in a little town like Wheeler, with Hummingbird feeders hanging from your trees and Peonies growing next to big fat whopping tomatoes in a great little garden up behind your house. And every once in a while you'd have to plug your ear if you were talking on the phone when those darn Harley guys would came riding past the house.
That is my impression of living in Idaho, or I guess how I would want to do it! What a life that would be. And here you are a big time California Realtor holding open houses like Oregon has never seen!
Baa Haa Haa Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
