OJ and Nicole didn't have a friendship after their divorce. He also used to tell her "if I can't have you no one will" which are words that a man means when he tells them to a wife or ex-wife. Every domestic homicide that I have ever known about or read about the husband...ex-husband...boyfriend...ex...has said these exact words to the female.
I would imagine LE will talk to friends of the ex and of Sarah to see what kind of relationship they had during their marriage and afterwards. They will check out his alibi word for word. They will either clear him or not. I also can't find a motive for him to murder her. I think there might have been someone who really wanted her and she wouldn't give him the time of day or maybe they dated for awhile and he thought they had something going but she didn't.
