Why would the killer be carrying a level?

It's a tool. The perp was carrying "tools".

Does saran wrap make more sense?

Lol.
The pic I'm talking about wasn't a level, but something I've never seen before. It was in one of the very early threads.
But I am lol'ing at your comment. What DOES make sense in this case.

But honestly, there's no reason TO be worried about AJ. He's a strong, fit man well trained in self defense. Not exactly a prime choice for murder victim, unless a gun is involved, which doesn't seem to be the case here.

I'm suspect of CT, but honestly I think we are nitpicking her actions to death. None of us knows how we would react in a situation like this (and hopefully will never be faced with it). I'm honestly starting to tire of all the drain-circling. This happened with the Mickey Shunick case. All the far-out theories with her "being run over by the white truck." It makes us look like a bunch of loonies here on WS. I think it might be time for me to step away until there are some new tangible leads to sleuth.

Sorry Cady, didn't mean to go off on a tangent there after quoting you. [emoji51]

Agree. I'm regretful of my CT and AT analyses, after reviewing the still photos about the flashlight and possible front pack. I cannot remember the poster, but yesterday's stills from the video show a front pack. And IMHO, a person without poundage issues. The perp is not out of shape, IMHO. Nor truly buffed up, IMHO. In some frames, the arms, ankles, knees, and calves look slenderish.

LE needs to clear people and release more video, because I know I went all over the place seeing things which maybe aren't there, now that a smart poster put up some stills. No, it's not a pregnant, or post pregnant female. Nor a retired guy who enjoys his meals. Nor a buffed up body builder. IMHO.

I am really feeling so sorry and sad about all of the "target" people. It's got to be someone else.

Can anyone help me out with finding something? I have searched and searched previous threads to no avail.
In one of the early threads someone posted a picture of an oblong light tan colored tool. It was somewhat 'Saran wrap box' shaped, but it wasn't a solid closed box. It had slot-like bends in it. I know I'm slaughtering the description of this, lol. I think it might have been a tool that electricians use or something like that. Grr. I don't like my aging memory.

A Miter Box?

Maybe if you check out the perp videos?

If one lived close by they would definitely know the area, right? Know to avoid the gun store camera etc. From what I remember Midlo is pretty flat and open. Would it be possible to ride a 4 wheeler over to a waiting truck?

1. Someone who lived in the area would not likely even know about the gun store camera.

2. Midlo is not that flat. It’s actually pretty rugged terrain.

3. 4 wheeler, I guess you mean an ATV? It would have been possible to ride an ATV on the shoulder of the highway. There is no other obvious trails or way out of the church property. Also loading an ATV into a truck in the middle of the night, in the rain, would have probably attracted the attention of arriving LEOs. I think most LEOs would be suspicious of anyone operating any ATV in the rain in the middle of the night.

I tried to read the whole thread from yesterday but just could not get it done. I do feel like the saran wrap sadly is really a stun gun. Somebody here posted two links to stun guns anyone can buy and they were dirt cheap. Does the stun gun just get pressed on someone's body and jolt them? Does it have to touch their flesh, their skin directly? Do all stun guns have that cord you see on tv or with some can people just go press it on people's body?

Somebody posted they thought murderer burned up the police swat garb. I am thinking it would make more sense that the murderer had a hole pre-dug and threw all of their clothing in that hole and buried it. Because it was dark and even if it was light, a smoky fire could attract the sheriif's attention.

I am thinking that the murderer came in their regular car and just drove off. That's because last night I looked at a map and the church was right on a main four land highway so nobody would remember a car even if no one else was on that highway at that time. I don't think the murderer would ever have gotten there by motorcyle because it would be likely that at four fifteen in the morning with no one on the highway anyone else out would very likely remember seeing a motorcyle. And if this murderer ives in the towns a motorcyle usually makes a lot of noise. Can somebody who is a local please tell us if the seven names we were given live in neighborhoods or are the seven people from home that are in very remote sites, like big farms, themselves? I saw the new rules and we all need to use initials not people's names. And the grandfather is on the list right and isn't he from off in california and he and his new stepmom----stepwife lady just came to town because this happened right?

Gonna be completely honest here. <modsnip> But this case is taking way too long to solve. The case should have been solved by now. What you guys don't know, the police has tons and tons of advantages at hand. There are so many ways you can track computers, phones .. Camera enhancements.. And having the Texas Rangers and other resources on their team should have helped find their killer by now. This case is overly frustrating. No reason this killer shouldn't have been caught by now.

I really like grandmother Bevers who wrote those two letters. She is the real mom of Missy's husband and I read on here at WSleuths that grandpa is married to another now. I think that grandmother Bevers had a sharp head on her shoulders. If she were my mother, or my mother in law, doing what she's done by writing those two letters and getting them out into the news, I would be so grateful to her and I would be in tears reading each of the letters. Criticism of her never ever ever would enter my mind as a reaction to her two letters.

Do you know where that information came from.
I read it here on Sat but never saw a link
I would be interested to read that.
Is it specific lives as in she and her group were targeted ? Or the public in general is at risk?

IDK, but I also just read-on this thread-that LE has said they have no suspects, nopoi, and that they do not anticipate an arrest anytime soon...So, I'm not sure how LE would know who exactly might be at risk. I did read a post yesterday that mentioned NYPD's facial recognition software being used on the person in the video. That might be hopeful, assuming he has his image stored anyplace. Also, LE did say that they were looking at "new suspects", so maybe the investigation is now going in an entirely new direction. JMO,though

I think they know who did it but they are making sure they have all the facts and evidence tied up before an arrest is made- they don't want them to get off on some technicality just because they rushed to make an arrest. I hope I'm right anyway.

Can't they be live streamed?

How? Do you have a link for how that can be done? It's probably possible, but what equipment would they use? A camera by it’s self can’t stream anything, to the best of my knowledge.

I would not consider Midlothian "rugged." Rural(ish,) but not rugged

Agreed. IMO The SWAT gear is what's slowing things down. If, in fact, the gear is genuine it complicates the case.

It makes no sense at all to me why the two local reporters would have told tricia the owner of this website that the white woman with the hurt right leg was married to an african american man? I cannot think of any possible information or reason that police could ever have to say that. Help me with this please. The one thing I do think is that the police said it on purpose to try to get ct to crack up and break down and say, yup, it is me, cuff me.

Does Midlothian have their own Swat Team or would they call in another county's if needed?

Yeah I don't think rugged is right. I live in "rural" OK and as I remember it was similar. I got the "I grew up here" tour from my hubby and his grandmother a few times of the Midlo/Ovilla/Red Oak area. If one was familiar with the area I think it would be pretty easy to get away undetected. Jmo
