Good evening everyone!

I wanted to just chime in and give my take on this now not being a hired hit. I've changed my mind after rereading "multiple puncture wounds." I may be wrong, but I believe a hired hit man would have used a quick and precise method rather than "multiples" of anything. I also now don't believe he would have meandered about like he did, unless he was checking for other occupants. I believe MB knew the killer.

Teresa Sievers. I'll give the cliffs notes just in case you aren't familiar with the case. If you are, ignore.
Husband away with their children. Came home alone to two men hired by her husband to kill her, and they were not particularly quick and precise. They killed her with a hammer and she had multiple injuries.

I think with the element of surprise, amount of gear the perp is wearing and weapons that a taser wouldn't be necessary. jmo. One swing to the head can incapacitate, yk?

They haven't cleared anyone.

I was at Walmart today and saw someone with one of those boots people wear with broken ankles/foot and they were walking with that foot pointing out. Very similar to the perp in the video. Imo

A lot of older people walk that way because of "old parts". I don't think it was a fresh injury.

Yet they haven't cleared him.

They haven't publicly cleared him. Significant difference, and often simply a strategic move.

A few days ago a poster noted the wrong time on a search warrant. IIRC, the warrant asked for info from 3 to 5 am CST, not daylight time. Wonder if that was ever corrected?

I just tried researching on my own- here is the question:
Does anyone recall that early on in this case, LE mentioned they got a really bad picture of a car (from local gun shop) but that it might not be usable???

Or....they can't clear him. Maybe they just need to shirt blood tests back.

I asked this yesterday when the debate over the timeframe was going on and got no response. So, I will ask again.

In the talk BB and RB had with the reporters in front of the dry cleaners, RB insists he dropped off two shirts with blood on them! The reporters jumped on that like crazy! BB excused himself and went inside, leaving RB to fend for himself. Someone showed the receipt and it is marked with only one shirt with blood.

The reporters then start firing questions about the dog. Now they want to see pictures of it. RB was a bit taken back with how to answer this and said "we'll see". Odd answer for a beloved pet that died recently in a dog fight.

Did RB slip up ion answering he brought two shirts in when from has been acknowledged by LE, the dry cleaners and the receipt, there was only one?

Come to think of it, when did this dog fight occur? RB and wife had been to CA. Did dog go with them? Did dog fight occur when they got back and the same day Missy was murdered? Perhaps LE needs to check into the story on the dog fight and the dog dying?

Thoughts and comments on the one shirt actually taken and now RB insists there were 2? This just doesn't match up IMO.

Speaking of this....Wasn't there a poster here a few threads back who was going to get into her hubby's "gear" and make a video of her walk for us? Does anyone else remember this?

Good catch! I think he slipped up.

Just my opinion from all the interviews and info I've seen/read. Plus IDK why they wouldn't publicly state that he was not in town the night she was murdered, knowing that so many people online are accusing him of being the killer.

Johnson said a vehicle can be seen on the video may belong to the killer, but there's not enough information to give the public.

"There’s one surveillance camera where you can see the car in the far corner of the frame, parked in the distance. You can't make out a plate, and we're not even comfortable releasing anything about a possible make or model,” Johnson said.

I mean absolutely no disrespect but are we back to shirtgate?? Maybe it's just me but I feel we are chasing our own tails. Maybe I need to take a few days off.

I happens in every single case where we don't have anything new to discuss. A break is a good idea. It looks like many are doing the same.

Shirtgate
Tools/Weapons
Saran Wrap
Hit or not a hit?
Reviewing the video 39843984 times and seeing things that aren't there. :giggle: (artifacts)
Cleared or not cleared?
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

:gaah:

Who the 'we' are is constantly changing, so you'll have people on here who weren't here a few threads ago.
