I find this curious. SP is there 1st, MB is there 2nd and Camper 1 (C1) is there 3rd. MB never leaves and C1 presumably never leaves (waits in car for friends to go in, finds body and calls 911?) Someone from the scene called MT (BB bio mom) and it is rumored that someone called BB before LE to notify of MB "accident". I need to establish a verified timeline VS the unknowns bc IMO something is just off, I'm not sure what piece it is. Ok, we haven't heard any interviews or statements from any CG campers there that morning, haven't heard the 911 call and IIRC LE never stated the camera picked up C1 entering lot at 4:35.

IMO

Excellent post! I've always found this very curious as well. And on that thought, off to sleep. [emoji42]

The creepy message is so lame. I think it is related, but I don' think it is SP who sent it. I believe there is a conspiracy behind this murder, and the creepy messages should have been sent a long time ago, and over a period of time, from proxies overseas, to make it look like MB was being stalked by a creepy stranger. One creepy message immediately before the murder, with no other creepy events (such as other evidence of stalking like notes on car, someone peeping in the house windows, hangup calls, strange car following MB home, etc.) and with the alleged warnings to be careful... so lame.

With all due respect, we don't know that she didn't receive other messages that she didn't show her friends/family. There certainly couldn't have been more that we just haven't heard about. Possibly indicating something would happen on her way to/from gym and that is the reason she stopped going? JMHO

The allegation that the affair or affairs have anything to do with Missy's trip to Austin and Brandon's fishing trip was pure speculation and innuendo by Nancy Grace. IMO, the infidelity that Brandon told police about occurred some time ago, probably last year.

Whether it was truly in the past remains to be seen. However, it appears that Brandon believed that it was over.

Will there be a transcript?
Don't know. I know that the regular Nancy Grace Show has transcript but the Friday night show is Nancy Grace Mysteries.

Just generally speaking, I certainly wouldn't rule out the possibility that someone was in an open relationship merely because they identified as Christian, even if they identified as devout. Adults are pretty good at compartmentalizing and finding ways to define their morality and personal codes as they see fit. I'd say that Christians are no more or less likely to have affairs than atheists.

A Christian (true, bible-believing) will say there are life guidelines established by a greater being (don't have sex outside of marriage). And try to live up to that to the best of their human ability.

People in an open marriage say there is no higher power. We make up the rules. And in most cases, there are relatively few rules.

Completely different paradigms. Now do they both sometimes end up in the same place (relationships outside of marriage.) Yes. But you're coming at it from a 180 degree different paradigm. You can tell by the remorse and shame in BB's verbiage that he is not in an open marriage. People in a true open marriage express no remorse and the ones I know even celebrate their "out-of-spouse" adventures.

This has stuck with me from the beginning. it was only a short time prior to the murder. I would think that friend would remember name, partial name, or somthing that would help narrow it down. Maybe not, but strange none the less.

I thought about that too, but, then thought about it some more, and I swear, if it were me, I'd never remember the name. I have enough going on in my own life than to try and remember the names of weirdo contacts that friends have. People say weird stuff on the internet all of the time. It's no different than years ago, hearing someone say something in a group, but not remembering who exactly said. But, there is the old saying; Say it forget it, write it regret it. I'm sure that the cyber folks have pulled that comment and commentor's name right off the net along w/an i.p. address.

While following this case, I've felt a tremendous amount of creepiness in pondering all the angles and possibilities. I'm stuck on the idea that the SP wanted Missy to fall into the trap of thinking she was merely a victim of a practical joke or candid-camera type of prank..

My apologies if this idea has been presented or repeated before on the threads, but 1 youtube search brought up this "mini wireless multi-voice changer/synthesizer/digitizer". Cheap. White as shown in the video (like the white possible cell phone, or odd accoutrements speculated about re visuals in the the surv. video). Creepy as heck.

Huh???

You're right BigCityAccountant, there could have been other scary messages that were deleted. Could this be why Missy wasn't herself for several weeks before the murder?

I believe you. Fox4 had the article stating Missy had been shot. They did correct the article, but it was a buried article for some strange reason.

Wayback is a coup de gras...

Um, yes! Jodi Arias comes to mind!

Me too, been getting shades of Jodi Arias for a while now concerning this swat perp. Maybe they watched the trial, but for some reason didn't like the idea of being a Ninja.

Incorrect. The "(s)" structure is known as an "optional plural." It denotes "one or more."

And no one ever said she had a physically intimate relationship. LE did say she had intimate communications with someone, and that is a "relationship", though not necessarily a physical one. And it is the only external relationship that has been communicated to us.

TxMommy back on page 33 of Thread 19 from two weeks ago basically said the same thing I took issue with today. Quote:

"Can I ask why so many posters seem to have such a hard time with the notion of BB having an affair but have pretty much accepted that MB was having multiple affairs?

Is there something in the search warrant that specifies which one of them was having affairs and which one wasn't?

Because it is my understanding that BOTH of them engaged in extracurricular activities, so-to-speak."

With no evidence whatsoever of BB having an external relationship, it is just rumor. That is something we are not supposed to bring here.
Because Mass Media reported it that way and most sheep will graze,

The perp uses the hammer to hit the end of the pry bar. What part of a pick and blade type hammer would they be using to hit the bar with? It's a normal hammer. Imo

I think that you're engaging in a bit of a logical fallacy with your reference to "true" Christians and "true" open marriages. It's known as the "No true Scotsman" fallacy.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_true_Scotsman

But no matter. I don't really have any opinion on whether they were in an open marriage or not, and I'm not about to judge them either way. With his wife murdered and all of their laundry being aired in public, I do not think that we can come to any sorts of reliable conclusions from how BB is acting right now. This is hardly the same as the folks you know who celebrate infidelity cavalierly. This is a very unusual and stressed situation, and even as someone trained in reading behavior, I do not think anyone can guess what their attitudes were in the past, much less BB's now.

I have said this all along. Perp is JA in another human form. Jmo

Not a normal hammer in my opinion.

Consider this scenario: MB pulls in under canopy. (camera pick that up at 4:18 because it is already in motion mode due to SP walking around inside.) MB's key only fits the main door, not the canopy door. She walks around to the main front door, carrying equipment, mats, whatever. 4:20am Heads back down the hallway to the door where the canopy and her truck is parked to unlock that door from the inside. Meanwhile she sees things are in disarray SP jumps out and brutally attacks her, making sure she is dead. Leaving tools beside her body. SP walks back to the hallway and leaves where he entered, and disappears. Meanwhile 1st CG pulls in, parks near her truck waiting for others. May not know if the classes are inside or not. CG has a "rule" that if you arrive first, you wait on another CG to enter the building for safety's sake. Other campers show up.. the exterior doors are still locked where MB had originally parked her truck, so the CG's sit and wait. At 5:00 the CG's enter the main front door that MB had originally unlocked and walk towards the canopy door and find MB. Doo CPR and Call 911.

My best guess is a bricklayers hammer with a long blade or something similar. This type hammer has one flat traditional face and a chisel-shaped blade.
