What are the alibis? That's been my question from the start. I have seen absolutely no mention of anything regarding the nature of RB's alibi. I am aware that they have given alibis to LE, but we don't have any details, correct? We don't actually know that RB's alibi is that he was out-of-town, correct?

It remains my opinion that this is a mechanical part. It is not a cardboard box. It is not a tripod. It is not a multi-task tool. It is a machine part to a car or to a particular machinery such as a tractor. JMHO, that portion of the video was already zoomed in, so that may be one reason it is harder for everyone to see what it is, it is already distorted in the grainy video.

IMO - until "we" have an exact measurement of the interior doors, we are sort of guessing. Batbrat has posted several amazing photos that show (IMO) that SP is approx 73" give or take. I'm not say LE is lying to us, more like giving SP a sense of relief. JMO.

Does anyone here attend that church? If so, could you get an interior door measurement?

A few thoughts. I was painting my shed yesterday and my hand/arm became tired~~and as I was thinking about this case this morning~~ a thought had occurred to me. What IF, the perp was all tired out from breaking into the 1st door, they just didn't have it in them to lift that hammer and swing...could that be why perp was swinging the hammer like a girl. Of course, it still could be a female~~but with BatBrats animation, I'm thinking male now.

Oh~~thanks again for the animation BatBrat! Of course, I had to brag to the hubby about BatBrat's work and all the amazing work the sleuthers here do!!! (I think he was even impressed BatBrat!!!!)

Last thought~~I forgot my coffee this am and stopped in the Oasis this morning along the highway to pick one up. I happen to notice a few truck drivers walking in~~and wouldn't you know it~~one of them had that gait! Well, I'm a long long ways from Texas~~but the thought is this~~could the perp be someone that regularly drives a truck for a living? I have heard other people mention that all that bumping up and down the highway tends to cause back problems. I have read in these threads, other sleuthers that have SO's that drive trucks for a living, so I'm wonder if they could chime in as well.

Could be right the perp was worn out. On the other hand, the weird duck walk and the way he/ she moves, I get a distinct "dork" impression. Weird. And re: the object in the left hand, my DH says he thinks it looks like some sort of container holding something, because there are few tools that are white. Idk, jmo.

It makes the most sense, based on what we've been told so far.
I don't believe BB is involved, and I'm not just saying that because of WS rules.
I think it was done for him, but not at his request and not with his knowledge.
But I think he knows who did it, and that's why he's said he'd forgive if they'd come forward. I would say that to a <modsnip>, I probably wouldn't offer forgiveness for a stranger or even acquaintance, it doesn't seem relevant in the context he was speaking. It seemed a very directed message at someone he knew personally.

Agreed. I am hopeful and definitely leaning toward "confident" that LE has a pretty good grasp on the situation. This particular crime has really captivated me for so many reasons. But specifically how we can have actual video evidence of the murderer and yet so many of us can't agree on what we're seeing.

I'm intrigued with your animations and wonder if it is possible to manipulate the 'perp' and have them walk towards us instead of away from us. With or without hair is fine.

Im just very curious if this is possible. I don't have anyone in particular in mind, and no, I'm not looking at RB. I have short POI list that changes quite often. I'm not the Agatha Christie that I thought I was. TIA

I have a question. I read this little snippet and would like opinions if it was possible. I haven't really kept up with the exact camera placements and what each could capture:

"Surveillance video recorded inside the church shows a person, dressed in black gear with police markings, using a tool to pry open doors to enter the building shortly before Bevers entered."

Knowing the cameras placements, do you think it would be possible that the perp was seen trying to break in? IIRC LE said perp was in building for a while before being caught on video. I just wonder if it's possible he was seen before entering, or maybe the reporter has it wrong. tia

Yes, and depending on different factors, a court can order child support that is higher or lower than the guidelines. Of course, the parties can always agree to a different amount if the case is not contentious. IMHO, nothing I've seen so far suggests to me that their divorce, if one occurred, would be especially contentious.
