An argument over a boy's pocket rocket scooter led to a deadly shooting between the boy's father and stepfather.

The 11-year-old boy was riding his mini-motor scooter and hit a parked car in the 8400 block of Springtime in southeast Houston.

Paramedics were called to treat Chris Hollace, Jr., and as they were working on the boy, his father and stepfather got into an argument over the scooter.
