Crazy that she wasn't before. I could have swore I sent in submissions for her years ago. Must have submitted them straight to the agency handling Cherry's case. So glad she is finally in Namus then! :happydance: Thank you for making sure she made it on Namus. It is a whole other job that needs to be done (submitting people to the Namus system who haven't been added yet).

So forgive me if this has been discussed, as I've read through this thread but it's been awhile I can't remember, but I know I read somewhere (also can't remember where, or can say with certainty it's 100% reliable, before anyone jumps down my throat) but that suitcase cherries was in also contained clippings of something in Spanish, which has always led me to believe she was Hispanic. Anyway here is a possible match

Yes, scraps of Spanish calendar that said "cinco" & "begin to live". I feel this clue is undervalued. In what sentence can you think of where "begin to live" is used? Were both phrases in Spanish? is begin to live used in any Spanish phrases? Also the fact that Cherries was stabbed kind of throws me off.

Just based on my clothing knowledge... I'd estimate using the average US women's height of 5' 4", that a 38B is probably a woman around 150 lbs and a size 12 in tops. A Medium cami would be really tight on a 38B. The correct size would be a Large for 38B.

I agree, coffeeandacig.

With that said, I actually came across a MP from Florida who fits the profile, and had a tattoo of 2 cherries in her groin area.

Jeannine Erwin~~44 years old, 5'5", 140 lbs. Went missing on March 19, 2006 from Brevard County, FL.

She also has a scar on her stomach from her breast to belly button and I'm not sure if Cherries did or not, I haven't gone back to check.

Also, the label on her camisole is in Spanish http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/605ufny.html Based on the "hair" description in NamUs I am thinking Cherries may not have been a sex worker.

Perhaps Peaches and Cherries were brought to this country with a promise of a new life by a serial killer. Similar to mail order brides but connected through Craig's list or something with a man who paid to get them to NY. Cinco which is 5, to begin new life, if she was murdered the last week of February, perhaps she traveled here on February 5th. Stayed with her so called suitor for 3 weeks before he murdered her.

Could be...but cherries & peaches are a decade apart and the tattoo artist says Peaches didn't have an accent.

The two cherries is certainly noteworthy but Jeannine looks white as can be to me.

In the 10 years, he could have had other victims that have not yet been found. No one is 100% sure about the tattoo artist. He had a few different stories so I would not base anything on the tattoo artist.

I'm confused. According to Namus her velvet and chiffon cami had the brand name "Coconut Republic". Doe Network has it listed as a "Spanish" labels. Which one is it?

I have found so many inconsistencies it's hard to pin point a missing person; i.e. Namus said Peaches is between 20 and 30. Doe Network between 16-30. Every record you find on each person will not be the same on either site. Namus leaves a lot of details out also I found.
If records were consistent, and details included I believe more people may be identified. Big Accountant brought up 3 Peaches findings: Namus said Black/African American. Doe Network said Biracial, and elsewhere reported she was 3-4% black. So she could very well be white. After all our Peaches findings back to the drawing board and look for white or light skinned missing.

Therefore you have to compare all data bases out there and then you still may not know.

Cherries also had sweat pants perhaps the camisole was incorrectly listed as the sweatpants. It's a crap shoot. zzzzzzzzzzz

Celina Janette Mays went missing from NJ December 1996, she was 12, 9 months pregnant family said she may need medical assistance, leading me to believe a Cesarean. Both Celina and toddler could be a close match to Peaches. Listed on Doe Network as possibly 16-20, Namus 20-30. So it seems like a long shot to report it as a match in Namus but not Doe Network, so what do you do?

Appears there is only one location that would carry that label. Coconut Republic Hilton Head Island. South Carolina. Fashion Clothing Store.

Unlikely because she disappeared 2 years earlier but it's worth noting Tanya Rush ived on Livonia Avenue off of Mother Gaston Blvd. Wendy disappeared on Mother Gaston

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/r/robinson_wendy.html

Maybe not Cherries, but possibly connected t this case somehow.

I submitted Wendy Robinson a few weeks ago, is has been on the submission list. People may not always be murdered or die the day after they disappear and they may not be dead at all, just don't want to be found. She could have hooked up with someone for a couple years before she was killed, no one knows. At times you have some good theories, but you have to think out of box with all possibilities.

There is coconut republic brands in California that sells clothing, in addition to everything else. http://www.coconutrepublic.org/home.php Coconut Republic® is a trademark of eAsia Outsourcing and Marketing Services, Inc., (www.easiaoutsource.com) a company incorporated in the State of California.

What makes you say that? Because it says pubic hair?
Yes, exactly. I realize it's completely speculative because we don't have a description but IMO it would be unlikely for a sex worker to not keep things maintained. This is a challenging topic to discuss respectfully but I was thinking about how you mentioned her stabbing was different/bothering you and this was another element that stood out to me. JMO
