How lonely/desperate/scared he must have felt =( I too, keep going back to Mo Zang ( CARL aligning his photo up with the Asian male & how everything seemed a near perfect match, tough for me to ignore )

This might sound ridiculous... do you think a mistake could have been made in the lab?

Highly unlikely I'm sure, but not unheard of, right? ( Researching other cases friends and I have read where DNA/lab analyst weren't always so careful. Not saying this was the case here, or that it happens often, still?:thinking: )

Been following LISK, well, lurking mostly, long before TKS was born and I tell ya it is frustrating as hell when you " think " you ( or a member here ) have someone I.D.'d perfectly only to find out you're dead wrong! I can not imagine how frustrating it has been for those of you who have been following from the very, VERY beginning.:gaah:

From reading earlier threads, the veterans of this case believe that it may be difficult to get DNA from Mo Zhang's family in China. Perhaps now that the FBI is involved that can expedite trying to match him. I still believe CarlK90245 has a match with Asian Male, but it doesn't hurt to make suggestions.

Have to agree with you Coffeeandacig. I think Carl's match was dead on~~but~~a close second I think was your match up thread.

Thanks for looking. I contacted an organization that advocates for adoptees to see if they could help distribute the sketch in the community. I thought someone might recognize him as a one time sibling in a foster or group home. They said it's a little outside their focus but they'll share it on social media and see if other organizations might be able to help more.

I agree with coffeeandacig that Mo Zheng was a great match but it can't hurt to keep trying.

Just curious, but is there not a way in DNA to pinpoint what part of Asia someone is from? This might help decide which community they could have been living in, and the dentists to approach. Also have they emailed the dentists in the areas to try and find a match? I have a feeling if there are any X-rays on file this might be a way of finding the identity. Not through a mould but a photo. The clothes someone is wearing could also give away a cultural identity did they say if they thought they were, Chinese, Korean, Japanese ect? DNA sounds difficult in this situation, but a geographical pointer might give people a reason to fund a trip.

The autopsy said he may have suffered from a Musculoskeletal Disoder and could walked with a gait. Rhematoid arthritis in a big one is South Asia (South Korea) if Asian male were poor and could not seem medical intervention he would have been in absolute agony and probably would have gone down any road to get rid of this pain. The other disorders are no better without medical care. Symptoms of Musculoskeletal disorders are
recurrent pain
stiff joints
swelling
dull aches
I don't think Asian man could have fought back. He was in a vulnerable state and probably self medicating. My heart hurts for him.

Now that you mention that he could maybe have gotten hooked on pain pills for whatever pain issue and it led to selling himself for drug money. Cause aren't all the victims drug users or prostitutes or both? Also since he was a skeleton even ifhe had his surgery to be women then could they tell? Cause he could just do drag.

It's weird to never that he was skeletal yet killed after peaches and Cherry yet the baby also was. Why I wonder? Could they have led back to the killer sooner so he put the others in the fridge and used something to remove stuff on them to make them bones.

Yes CD cross dresser. You have pimps in America who are cracking down on independent escorting. Either with beatings or worse. I don't think chopping people up is their thing though. Rifling says he didn't do the early ones, but driving around with bodies is very him. Maybe someone started off copy catting him. Either way, I think there are two overlapping and one could be a pimp. It's someone who lives nearby only someone like this would know the bodies haven't been found and they could continue to return to the place to bury without a trap being set. Maybe someone who could view the beach area.

I think your friend would be a big help but She would want to be careful and not take any work down there. There is a good chance it is something the police gave not tried. Hiring a person who knows the streets

Everyone is assuming this young man either presented or advertised himself as either transgender or a cross-dresser. Perhaps, he was neither.
The most remarkable things about him are his ethnicity and handicap. If he did have a bone disease that caused him to have a noticeable limp, he may have been selected, because he was easy to overwhelm and subdue. He's basically a skinny teenager with a noticeable limp...he's not going to run very quickly, if things go wrong.

We don't know if the clothing or wig he was found with were the same clothes he had on when he encountered his killer. He could have been abducted, brought to a destination and forced to dress as a female to satisfy his killer's fetish.

If as you say, trans, and genderlessness is more accepted in Asian countries, it is possible the killer developed a taste for this kind of activity either as a resident of an Asian country, or a visitor - in which case, he would perhaps demand this boy assume the identity of the kind of person necessary for fulfilling the killer's unique sexual fantasy.

I do know one thing...whoever did this crime spotted a small, wounded, easily overwhelmed, Asian animal. He suited the killer's profile of the perfect participant for a mad fantasy.

He could be from Thailand. It is very normal there. But it may not be as normal in the Asian community in America. Maybe somebody promised him the chance of money for an operation....

The effects of its use is thought to be the cause of ongoing physical and mental disabilities among generations born since the war. It is possible that this young man was born with osteoarthritis or some kind of related bone disease, because his mother or grandmother came into contact with Agent Orange during the war.

He may have been Vietnamese.

Very good point. Finding out the nationality, linking him to a community, could easily lead to information on where he went when he went missing. It would be good if the people on the programme did similar searches.

Is there a missing persons website for foreign nationals in America or Asian nationals, or maybe embassy links? Something which would allow the transfer of information. Finding the actual nationality of the person would really help. Maybe the Asian community have a missing persons wall.

Not sure if this is feasible or not, but a program that would allow for an overlay between a sketch of a UID and MP like Carl uses would be fantastic. Like I said, not sure if it is feasible or not~~but would certainly help! We all love Carl's work, but he can't be everywhere at once. :loveyou:
