So, how does anyone know that he was known to intel, if he has not been identified? Or is that just a rumour?
Not sure..looks like this reporter has found the time zones to be incorrect.ISIS supporters appear to have tweeted about the attack four hours before it happened.
"Two messages, posted four hours before the attack, appeared to predict the atrocity."

Multiple senior U.S. law enforcement officials briefed by British authorities told NBC News that forensic evidence at the scene including a body found at the blast site indicated a suicide attack. British and U.S. law enforcement officials said they believed they had tentatively identified the bomber.
Here's what we don't know:
Who did this.
If this was a terrorist attack.
How the explosion happened.
The U.S. government late Monday said it was “closely monitoring the situation” in Manchester Arena and working with its counterparts in the U.K. to gain more information on what transpired.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, said it wasn’t aware of “a specific credible threat involving music venues” in the U.S. Still, it said that “the public may experience increased security in and around public places and events as officials take additional precautions.”
The bombing comes as the Department for Homeland Security is considering widening to Europe a ban on carrying large electronic devices, such as laptops, I the cabin of U.S.-bound planes for fear terrorists are trying to smuggle bombs onboard in consumer devices.
DHS said it was ready to the U.K. in “all ways necessary” to investigate the incident.
This feels too close to home- the people frantically calling their loved one's phones, not getting an answer, knowing what that likely means but desperately holding on to a slim hope.
It makes me sick to my stomach.
God bless them.

Manchester resident Charlotte Campbell told CNN her 15-year-old daughter, Olivia, went to the concert with a friend, and neither had been in contact since the explosion.
"We've tried everything we can. They're telling us to wait by the phones. Her dad is out looking. ... It's the most horrible feeling ever, to know your daughter is there and you don't know whether she's dead or alive," she said.
Through tears, Campbell said she didn't know how anyone could do this to "innocent children."
"I want her home and I want her safe. ... I just want her to walk through the door."

Manchester blast witness: 'Bodies scattered about everywhere'
Eyewitness Karen Ford had taken her 13-year-old daughter to the concert.
"It was mayhem on the street, there were children crying, trying to get in touch with parents, parents on their phones trying to contact their kids," she said, adding that cell connection was poor as so many people were using their phones simultaneously.
"I brought my baby home, which some people won't be (able to do) tonight."
Andy James, a witness, said he heard an explosion and ran out of the arena with 9-year-old brother in his arms. Screaming fans streamed out of the arena along with him.
"The sound rattled my chest," James said. "I looked up and saw everyone start to scream and run back down the stairs."
It was the first concert that James' brother had been to. The tickets were an early birthday present, James said. The concert had just finished when the chaos started.
"The stewards were trying to calm people down but everyone was running in a stampede," recalled James, who made his way out of the arena through another exit. James said he believed he heard a second explosion as they were running out.
His brother's heart was "beating out of his chest," he said.
They were just kids, probably so very excited to attend this concert, having the time of their lives as they should, hope they did enjoy every second, every single one.
