'Boy went back out to find phone'

The boy tells jurors once home he realised he had forgotten his phone so went back out to look for it.

He “retraced his steps” and checked the area where “he had sex with Toni”.

He says he found his phone and then went to bed. He said he then woke up at 9am the next day.

I think that's a bit much to say when people are expressing differing opinions, whether or not they're backed up with things at this point. We're all digesting the info at the same time, so it's natural for us at this point as it's ongoing to think one way and see what else is said as more is revealed.

So he called her, she then commented on a photo on Instagram telling him to meet her ( which is unheard of ). The next morning she messages him asking why he called to which he replies ‘ it was nothing’. Unless they were both in it together it makes no sense at all.

Yippee ! I am thrilled he is taking the stand, I figured he would given he is a narcissistic sociopath and psychopathic.

He is hanging himself. Very clever story he made up pulling every bit of evidence together to explain it all away because of a purported secret liaison, just too bad for him that mommy did not enlighten about DNA until way too late. I don't believe he knew about DNA until Mom mentioned it "that" morning.

I am sorry Alesha's dad left the courtroom, I am hoping it is because if he didn't he knew he probably would not be able to refrain from throttling the accused and ripping him to shreds.

I really don’t believe this whatsoever, my opinion is that he has maybe told his friends this story in the past bragging and wants to bring it up again to reinforce that he has had sex with an older girl, obviously it could be true what he is saying but I have a very hard time believing that.

I think he has had sex in a shelter with some girl - in the past - and he is using his real memory to help create his fictional story today
