Show me where anyone has said that 100% without a shadow of a doubt the image on the CCTV of the shore showed a person carrying a child. Was it a child ? If it was, was it the accused ? Was it something else, a dog ? An item of clothing ? A bag ??

He says he got home, showered & realised he didn’t have his phone so ran back out to "retrace his steps" but it was too dark so returned again to get a torch & went back out to look for it.

Accused said he posted video in a grp chat, July 2nd, showing his feet walking to bathroom, then camera pointing to mirror. His text with it said: found who done it. Asked: Were you letting people know you were responsible. No, he said, we didn’t even know it was a murder at time

You are correct - it is an internal stairway used only by the McPhail family to access their flat

It’s not communal it only access one flat and that is the MacPhail household.

My point is that it isn't an internal staircase within the flat. The stair has a door at the top and bottom - the accused could have left the print whilst visiting the flat to buy drugs on a previous occasion.
