Do most children try and drown another child? As a sadist (as I believe) he was excited by the girl's struggle and terror, even at a tender age. He didn't develop this way suddenly. With the old hormones kicking in as a teenager it developed into a sadistic sexual obsession. The judge and the police all say that his case is exceptionally heinous even in all their experience. The middle class veneer protected him. I was surprised at how comfortably middle class his family was.

Didn’t quite expect it to be that quick ! But yes glad he’s been named and yes I had the right guy. Have they released his address I had a couple of ideas but after hearing the court evidence I new that wasn’t the address I had thought . It’s just bugging me now, as I thought I had it all mapped out .
After looking at satellite images I picked out another 2 possible addresses. But still not sure

I thought this as well. I've looked at some of the photos and been like "Is that the same person?" But I suppose a difference of a year or two when you're going through puberty can make you look quite different if the photos were taking a little time apart.

From what I know/have read;
The trampoline pics are from 2017 , so he would be 15 at that time.
The suit photo is from June 2018 - age 16 - face seems to have slimmed down somewhat
But the police pic would - presumably - be from July 2018 - and there is a marked contrast with the suit pic, taken only a month or so earlier

The difference between "normal" people and really horrible offenders is not as huge as we like to think.

It is ultimately about how we make decisions and the consequences of getting it all wrong.

Normal guys do really awful things

I believe that in some cases that decision making process is irrepairably broken

In others with the proper support network things can be changed for the better.

Dont know enough yet to really be able to say with Mr Campbell but initial signs are not great

What a complete and utter waste of 2 promising young lives

Suit photo is from earlier in 2018. It was posted Feb 2018, I believe.
