Yeah, I think you’re right, I think it is. That’s annoying. Good find though! The video of him coming back from his holiday was around the same time as the one of him in the green t-shirt it was like summer 2014 I’m sure.
Yes I think he did have multiple accounts. I'm unsure if they've all been shut down. Looks like it. What's interesting is that his YouTube accounts and facebook account have been shut down, but not twitter. And he also called his twitter account "jailbaitGaming" and quotes in his bio "I'm just the biggest jailbait alive"...
do you mean the video where hes on the trampoline or where hes vlogging?

It seems like they all have been shut down. I don’t think there’s anyway of getting the videos back. I think his Facebook was taken down by police/family because it was down long before his trial. Yeah, I know, I think he was trying to start a fanbase, he was calling his subscribers ‘jailbaits’ by the sounds of it as well, guess it’s catchy/trendy, lots of YouTubers do it, but a bit eerie looking back. But also, jailbait also means someone who is underage who attracts older people and gets them in trouble with the law.

I remember that video as well. I have to say he came across as a funny and likeable child, probably had a good few friends. Doesn't seem like he was the loner-type at all which is what I've seen him referred to as a few times. Especially for someone who would take the stand at his own trial, he has a lot of social intelligence. But I guess psychopaths do, they know how to manipulate
I watched the documentary for the first time. Sensationalised and nothing new. "Monster "Evil" I look forward to a more academic and detailed analysis at some point. Only thing I learned was that AC's mum had joined in the search the next morning for Alesha. The pronounciation of 'RothSAY' and 'Erin' instead of Aaron is annoying to a Scot as well

Lol I noticed that.... they were saying his name like “air-on” instead of Aaron. Maybe it was just the voice over guys accent? When aaron introduced himself on the trampoline video he pronounces his name as you’d expect.I watched the documentary for the first time. Sensationalised and nothing new. I think he was about 12 or 13 at the time. He abandoned that channel though and started a new one when he was older. The one with the trampoline videos.
Hmm no idea. Although the picture doesn’t really look like him, the guys body looks a bit chubby/chunky and Aaron was always very slim looking even when he was younger. But who knows.
I think its possibly because hes wearing baggyish clothing making him appear chunkier. He has the same posture as Aaron. I'm pretty certain its him.
Interesting find! I'm pretty sure it's him. There's another active Youtube channel called JailbaitGaming which has a video, from May 2016, featuring AC in the thumbnail. Here's a link: JailbaitGaming.
In the about section of that channel there's a link to a 'vlog/Life channel', which has the same URL as the one in the bio of that Twitter handle. (- YouTube).

On first glance, it seems difficult to relate the younger version of Aaron Campbell to the older one who committed this awful crime. I reread his appeal report recently and there’s aspects of his character described in there that I can see developing in the videos of him as a child.
If you watch the end of the video on the Jailbait Gaming channel, there’s a clip of him talking in his room. He’s articulate and comes across as likeable. He was assessed as having psychopathic traits such as a shallow, superficial charm which makes sense here as he wants subscribers. He’s probably good at manipulating others to like him.
In that clip he also makes an inappropriate sexual comment relating to his facial expression. It’s a bit weird, especially as he’s only about 12 at the time. Maybe the beginning of sexual thoughts that grew more depraved over the next few years? This is just IMO. I work with young people and just thought it was odd that he linked a silly facial expression to something sexual at a young age. It would cause safeguarding concerns (that they had seen/watched/experienced adult content at home) if I heard that from any of the children I work with.

It does seem difficult to relate the two I think. Yeah, I see what you’re saying. He was 14 though when he made that comment on the JailbaitGaming channel and honestly I don’t think it’s that unusual for a teenager, I understand why it might be considered inappropriate but at that age those sorts of comments/jokes aren’t uncommon, I mean there are literally people that age doing those sorts of things nevermind joking about them. I feel like in that situation he might have just have been trying to be funny and he started getting to that age where he thought it was ‘edgy’ to swear and make sexual jokes.
Oh I see, I thought he was younger from his appearance in that video but I agree with your point that many teenagers will joke around like that. I don't know...I guess it doesn't make sense to me how someone could do something like that and appear so normal on the outside. Still trying to understand but alas, I don't think I ever will.
I've rewatched those videos also looking for clues but I still can't see anything. I thought that maybe he was showing an obsession with subscribers and numbers but I think that's a common thing when you have a video channel. I'll never understand this case either. I wonder if, down through the years and further assessments will make it any clearer.
It would be very interesting to see any of the case reports or read any of the conversations with the social worker where he disclosed details of what he did but theres no way that will ever happen. It could be extremely interesting in a few years to see him participate in a one on one interview for a documentary (like when Piers Morgan does them but with someone who would do it properly rather than for sensatulionalism) but again,I dont think he would agree to be interviewed.
He does come across as very articulate and I have no doubt he is very skilled at manipulation and it makes me glad he is behind bars where he cant cultivate that skill to any real end and become much more dangerous as he ages.
