But I am utterly convinced that here are several in the community who know what the motive was for the abduction.

You have any thoughts yourself?

Changing the subject ...

If at the hearing in January he pleads guilty it won't go to trial I understand. So in that case will the facts and details still be made public?

And if it goes to trial, how is it done - will the media be present in the courtroom and report every day what transpired?

I really want to know what happened on October 01!

It's entirely up to the judge, but recently some judges have allowed live tweeting from the courtroom provided it doesn't cause any disturbance. Otherwise what happens is that some reporters sit in the courtroom then come out in breaks to update us via the camera crews waiting outside.

Thanks.

It came as Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed the search for the youngster, who was last seen getting into a light-coloured van or 4x4 type vehicle at around 7pm on Monday, October 1, would continue at “the same level of intensity”.

Interesting to note that they're still holding to the light-coloured van line while simultaneously qualifying this assertion (or disqualifying it depending on your point of view) by referring to a 4x4.

Thanks.

All court procedings are open to the public and press to attend (except when in special circumstances the judge declares them closed), so the media will almost certainly be there at each preliminary hearing to let us know how he pled.

None of her behaviour during the press conference makes me one bit suspicious of her. She is clearly upset and distraught her baby girl was taken. There are no rules as to how to behave in this situation, you can see she is totally overcome with grief. The temporary composure while the officer is speaking also doesn't strike me as odd, when speaking of a tragedy it is hard to keep your composure and your emotions overflow, while someone else is speaking it gives you the opportunity to take deep breaths and try and stay calm. She was I. Shock and I will not take anything else from that.

Regarding the tattoos I know plenty of people who have had them done right after a loved one has died, myself included.

The family are victims not suspects and I think they should be treated that way.

Has April been declared dead?

6.26pm, getting darker but no street lamp yet and car still looks dark
6.30pm street light has come on and my vehicle looks even darker. Dark blue could not be mistaken for silver/grey. The bulb in the street light is orange/amber. I have good vision and aprox 100ft away I can see a silver car.

Well with MB being charged with murder and the police stating they are looking for her body not her alive it pretty much eludes to that. Obviously I have no idea if a death cert has been filed.

Regardless each person handles their grief in a different way. Maybe the tattoos were offered to them by the artist, maybe they are not in memorium just to keep her close and remember. They are pink bows, not portraits or dates of death inscribed.

Problem is though Paddy, that different local authorities will turn on the street lights at different times depending on their economic perspective.

Orange light will affect the perceived colour or shade but they are very common due to cost effectiveness.

They also don't illuminate as good as white light.

I wonder what color the inside of the vehicle that the child saw is; i.e. if the door was open and the child was looking at the interior and it was light-colored, that may have stuck in her mind.

Also, she may have told other things to LE that have not been released; in fact, this is probably the case. She may have even said something that identified the suspect specifically. LE might not want it known, for the child's sake, at this point, if she did in fact ID him.

Very good point.

I don't know how to do that, but I just took a screenshot of the 3rd set of garages on that small estate. What is the car on the left?

This car - I've come at it from a slightly different angle. Definitely RH drive, you can see the steering wheel quite clearly.
