I've read so many torture murders from the States. I honestly never believed something on this level of depravity could happen here. I don't understand why certain children get so much media attention, and others get none. They're all important, and worthy of making the news. Instead we get William Shatner going into space, and other utter drivel.
I'm so angry right now

This case is different level bad, even watched Gabriel Fernandez case on netflix and it didnt affect me as badly as this. There is just an extra level of cruel that took place here. I dont think i will forget little Arthur for as long as i live

You could turn the sound down and do a screenshot? It's very distressing, I don't blame you for not wanting to hear it

Im pregnant which probably isnt helping. Emotions are high at the moment anyway

Arthur's case reminds me of Adrian Jones. He was kept in a shower cubicle and left to starve to death. Similar set up- dad and step mum, other kids in the house, numerous calls to SS, cctv everywhere, stress positions, lots of bruises. When he shouted 'I'm dying in here' the cold heartless 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 replied 'suck it up'. He was 7.

Alot of the cases seem to be a parent meeting a new partner dont they! Just copprd that there! Its like their new relationship takes first place no matter what!
Poor Adrian, that case sounds horrendous!

I've been really busy the last few days, has the trial now ended ? I have also just listened to the audio of poor Arthur crying and all u can say is they are evil and I hope they get everything they deserve.

Yeah they do, you'd not give your kids to a random stranger you met in the street. Yet, people seem to jump into relationships and within weeks they're all living as a family unit despite hardly knowing anything about that person. And, when kids do disclose things the partner is believed over the tiny human you've known since they were born. I don't get it!

OK thanks ScottishSam, I was wondering why there was no coverage of it today. So she wasn't successful then.. hope she has better luck next time!

I listened and am so horrified and sickened. This poor child suffered horribly incredibly horrific abuse.
And I thought I heard another child's voice in the background. Did anyone else? As that to me would make it apparent that other children witnessed and may be traumatized. Just don't have the words to describe how am feeling right now.

Yes, the other child said "I'm going to give you a cuddle" just heartbreaking.

The little voice in the background is ETs son. She also broke down in tears at that point, but only for her son. Not for Arthur

The police have released cctv and audio clips. It is extremely upsetting to watch and listen to. It really hammers home the extent of cruelty that he suffered. You can hear a little girl saying she will cuddle him in the audio clip. It’s really upsetting

How could anyone hurt him? He was adorable.
He's so bright here, his eyes are shining, he looks happy and healthy. Like he's having a laugh with someone, or he's being rewarded for practicing his homework or some other good behaviour. He looks like a little boy should
