That poor little boy :(:(:(

Monsters. Absolute monsters.

He's so bright here, his eyes are shining, he looks happy and healthy. Like he's having a laugh with someone, or he's being rewarded for practicing his homework or some other good behaviour. He looks like a little boy should
Bet it was taken pre Tustin. :(

Harrowing CCTV of Arthur struggling to put duvet away hours before death

The police have released cctv and audio clips. It is extremely upsetting to watch and listen to. It really hammers home the extent of cruelty that he suffered. You can hear a little girl saying she will cuddle him in the audio clip. It’s really upsetting
He is moving in this video like an 80 year old and the fact he's even trying to put the quilt away is abnormal to me because none of my kids would do that without me having to nag them into it. He's been so conditioned by this point, he knows what to expect if he doesn't. There's just no words..

I’m surprised these have been released now, I was expecting to wait until the end of trial.

Oh my god, he can barely walk!! You can see him pausing for a second and just looking ahead in pure desperation! He looks like he doesnt have one bit of energy left in his body

Me too, they don't usually release evidence/video until after the trial.

He looks defeated. ET and TH must have seen his poor physical state. There is no way he was putting that on. He's doing his absolute best to follow the rules and be a good boy. And the rules and goal posts kept changing. He looks skinny. I know the person who gave autopsy evidence said he wasn't malnourished, but IMO he looks very skinny. It's his wee ankles, and his head size compared to his body. You'd have to be blind not to see how feeble he was here.

Surely this constitutes a whole life tariff?! No matter how horrific I imagined this to be, the reality of this is 100x worse!!! God bless you Arthur :(

Me too. I wonder if this is a warning shot for something worse?

Its got to. For both of them. I know TH said he was coerced, and I do believe that. Why didn't he pick Arthur up on his way to work and just leave? It's not like they had a lot of 'stuff' at ETs anyway

The punishment for a murder conviction is a life sentence, the question is what will the minimum term be.

How could TH say he seemed grand that day before he left the house. He looks like he is about to pass out. I wonder were his feet very sore from all the standing, its like he is afraid to put pressure on them.

Yeah I meant a whole life tariff, meaning no minimum of 30 years.

Let's hope they don't get a really lenient sentencing judge, they both deserve it, even if only one caused his death.

If you walked down the stairs, after sleeping in a warm cosy bed, to your son in this state, any normal person would bring him straight to a doctor. Not dragging him a hairdressers house, to leave him standing at a door to shout abuse at. TH is worse in my book. ET evil alright but Arthur was his son
