“A man was filmed by a CCTV camera in Lime Court, Heworth Road, very close to Claudia’s house, on the morning after she vanished. Our review managed to unearth additional CCTV footage from that same camera shot the previous evening which appears to show the same man in the same place.

“We had this footage examined by a number of experts in the UK and abroad, but it is only as good as the camera and it cannot be enhanced using current techniques. Despite exhaustive efforts, we have not been able to identify the man.

“The lack of extended CCTV footage from that CCTV camera on the days and weeks either side of Claudia’s disappearance, has been one of our biggest frustrations and is typical of the type of challenge that faces a cold case review team. We have reviewed material seized by the original team and, wherever possible, looked to see if additional material could be secured.

“We don’t know if that man was in the area as a matter of daily routine, or whether his appearance is of critical significance. I believe he must be local to the area, and despite extensive appeals, he hasn’t come forward. I can only speculate why he hasn’t done so, and whether someone is protecting him.”

He purported to be a medium. Mediums often offer something to prove that they are genuine and so will purvey a message from the other side that only the dead person could know.

Eg
You go to a medium who has never met you before and the previous night 500 miles away you had a fling with an escort cauled-Anastasia and only you know that.
You haven't told anyone at all.

During the session with the medium they says " "****** is not happy about you seeing Anastasia"

Might that get your attention and believe the messages provided to you?

Mediums don't always get messages from "The Person" but another dead person who has seen the crime committed.
Whilst there are many that disbelieve this practice, what we do know about Rodney is that some of his revealings have been extremely astute. He was sectioned for some of them when he quoted Prince William as being involved with Claudia. Perhaps if he hadn't dared to tread the sacred roads of the "Illuminati " perhaps he may have escaped sectioning etc.

Now, Police will have reviewed all of CCTV in beginning, how an investigation reveals that the firs investigation failed to spot Dark and Light person is beyond me. Particularly when they would be looking at CCTV around the time she went to work

Also all footage came from only two of the 5 cameras in Limes Court area. What was seen on the other 3 that was so revealing and not shown?


And so a cover up has to be the reason.
I believe that we can safely assume that Police were told not to reveal footage that linked activity of morning and evening and that they also tried initially to dismiss the Dark person as Richard Cartwright who is now dead and can't speak for himself.

Perhaps this case, with all evidence should be handed over to a team independent of Police or any service that is run by government?

Rodney was cautioned and then sectioned for having greater observation skills than Police.

Police aren't going to offer a plea bargain to a murderer. Are you suggesting someone not directly connected to the murderer who might know what happened should be offered immunity?

At the moment we have a missing person probably murdered, we have a murder on the loose might do it again.It is a cold case probably no one on the case .
Meanwhile a grieving family and friends keep suffering.
