I wonder if NYP has the powers to un-blur deliberately fogged images on googlemaps e.g. registration plates?
Tabak drove a Megane - the one on GM is a BMW.Vincent Tabak worked at York Uni around 2009 and he drove a silver/white car
Joanna Yeates was 'overpowered by cold killer in desperate fight for survival'

It's all there for free public scrutiny if you type company name in google; also linked to the main business. Type 'Beta' after the name.I have public access. Checked this rabbit hole around some NH men a while back: PR business Transcore, has secured contracts with MOD and uni, housing association and new builds amongst others. Accounting etc wise seems to lead back to Walker Crips wealth management and a few other wealth management outfits. As for the carpark garage: can't find anything online!
No Google aren't allowed to do this unless police and often has to be official request for a valid reason due to Data protectionI wonder if NYP has the powers to un-blur deliberately fogged images on googlemaps e.g. registration plates?
Any views on thisSimon Baker Missing Since March 1st 2009
Simon is the only other reported Missing Persons of any gender and worldwide for the same year and Month as Claudia.
Age 33 and a similar age to Claudia, he went missing on 1st March 2009 from the Bristol UK area. He has never been found.
He hardly gets a mention, in fact there has been very little other than he shares a missing page with others from the South West.
I couldn't even find out anything about him, perhaps some other Sleuths have a way of doing this??
There has been some discussion around Claudia's link to The Nags crowd and perhaps someone undercover trying to break into this network through Claudia.
There was also the following mention of a sighting the week of her disappearance as follows:
14:30 (Cannot be specific of day)
It was at a time that Claudia would normally be at work and so this suggests it was her day off or she was on a different shift.
I have attached a photo of Simon Baker (Fairly common name)
Man with Hip length Tan coloured thin Mac type jacket with a hood seen on phone, he had a small dark rucksack with very little in it and approaching her house,.
He is described as being:
In 30’s
5’9” to 5”10”
White
Clean shaven
Very neat Dark Brownish Hair
Hair cut stylishly with a fringe
He was dressed smartly but casually and wore Dark Jeans / Chinos / Trousers
He wore Dark footwear
CL comes to door, she is also on phone and is surprised to see him and lets him in. Before doing so she looks up and down the road??
Here are my questions:
Why no fuss about his disappearance?
Could Claudia be surprised because he had not been in touch since 1st March and had he been in York area before?
Her reaction was one of surprise at seeing the man but she clearly knew him and let him in?
She was checking that "The coast was clear" before letting him in-Why, some may say he was just another boyfriend?
Was he performing an undercover operation of some kind
(The mention of her being associated with a police officer)?
Was he staying at Claudia's and keeping his head down and was he turning up at Nags head covertly to check out the Nags crowd?
Most Importantly though:
On the evening of 18th March / Morning of 19th March was he still residing at Claudia's and did he meet his fate at the same time and was he the target and Claudia got in the way??
There is much mention of the "Light Mac" The guy in CCTV footage on evening of 18th (Carrier bag across road from Dark Man) and Morning of 19th (Dark Man suddenly stopping)
If someone was staying at Claudia's was it Simon and why?

Is it Mike Sorrell and Sonwhat's the name of garage business then? in NH carpark?
I am not aware of CL having any Bristol connections.Any views on this
Sorry I was confusing with the other one in Malton! Yes it is MS & Son.what's the name of garage business then? in NH carpark?
She wouldn't need to have if he was an undercover cop.I am not aware of CL having any Bristol connections.
One in Malton was owned by PR and was part of his other business-TranscoreSorry I was confusing with the other one in Malton! Yes it is MS & Son.
Precisely - but there are other directors too, so not sole ownership of AC but 20 years of involvement is a long time for a business to keep running, through UK recessions etc. PR has been very successful. One in Malton was owned by PR and was part of his other business-Transcore
For what it's worth, I have always thought the man in 30s with neat dark hair sounded like her ex-boyfriend DW who was from the north east but admitted being in Scarborough the day she went missing. Scarborough is only a short train ride from York & he was interviewed by NWP. DW was still in touch with CL and while she might have been happy to talk on the phone to him or text but would not have wanted her current boyfriend, who lived 'locally' perhaps, to see him entering her property. I don't think DW was involved in her disappearance at all but he (or whoever her 30-something visitor may have been on 18th or in the week leading up to that date), could have been a catalyst for a jealous showdown. She wouldn't need to have if he was an undercover cop.
Strange how Pretty girl goes missing and attracts massive headlines and police interest
Guy same age goes missing and it was reported he was suffering from depression-end of???
What was the make of the silver car near Melrosegate, was it a Megane or BMW?Tabak drove a Megane - the one on GM is a BMW.
It was shown during the reconstruction, wasn't it? It wasn't an actual image like the silver car on MelrosegateThe maroon car was shown in the Crimewatch appeal but did the witness say this was the colour outright at the time? So many webpages have been reuploaded on NYP website. Google will know all about this.........
The Megane has a hatch whereas the Melrosegate car had a boot. What was the make of the silver car near Melrosegate, was it a Megane or BMW?
