Hi PJ3 we
Hi PJ3 Welcome. You have made interesting comments. Regardless if the first team dismissed your tip the first time because of the mobile footprint, I would be approaching the new team now. People make mistakes, technology moves on, disregarded clues can become relevant, evidence gets lost. Its not about egos. I'm not telling because LE won't ask is unacceptable. Please try again. You might end Claudia's family and friends anguish. How good would that make you feel?

I've always wondered why the poi across the street never moved away.
Must be weird opening your front door and looking right at CL door. Moo.
Does he own the house or just rent?

Does he own the house or just rent?
Apparently he owns quite a lot of property in this area.
If he rented it would be easier to move.

He could rent out the property. I thought that RC owned properties on Heworth Rd/Pl in addition to ones along East Parade

According to JK she still looks out over at the house where she used to get her hair done.

Suzy Cooper talks in past tense (in error) about Claudia-She isn't involved in the disappearance but did she suspect something at this stage?

Claudia was due to meet Suzy on Thursday Night 19th-Her Dad the next night, 20th, Friday.

Were some people worried that she could have confided in one or both / separately about something that she had learnt only recently??

And did Suzy move away from the area afterwards for reasons related to more than just sadness, whilst others stayed??

Person of mystery here asking us instead of Google ! Why ?
And CL would have been 45 last February for the record
For the record the Mystery person found was aged at between 25-55 so could be Claudia.
Claudia would be 45 now

Circa November / December 2007

Claudia Lawrence moves into house at 46 Heworth Road, York and her centre of social activiity becomes the Nags head only a few doors down from her house.

She was then 33 Years old

and 168 cm tall or 5ft 6inches with Natural Brown Hair and Brown eyes

Fast forward to 18th match 2009

The police were criticised for releasing photos of her with blonde hair and given that the hair dye in her house was found and the police don't give much away.
There must have been some forensic evidence that suggested that Claudia had dyed her own her that afternoon / evening to Blonde and the Police decided to release Blonde rather than Brown photos that her parents would have provided.

Her Mum criticised the Police for this but her dad didn't. Perhaps because he was present at the scene and the Mum wasn't and he saw soemthing?

Thoughts please and why?

The police made a mistake with Suzy Lamplugh's hair colour too.

If CL dyed her hair on the evening of Wed 18th March, I doubt very much she had PLANNED to see anyone that evening. Home hair dying on hair the length of CL's would be a messy and time consuming business. Can we tell from the cctv of her walking home from university that day whether her hair had already been highlighted? Maybe she hadn't mentioned it to her mum on the phone as it was such a common routine for her - so Mrs L and CLs friends may have been unaware of any recent change in her appearance?

Strange. On NYPs website there is a series of cctv clips of CLs journey across the university campus on her way home on 18 March. When I clicked on this one, it appears to have been removed? Wonder why?

Claudia posts something

Claudia returned at 3pm, that leaves plenty of time to dye and dry. She didn't use her phone for a few hours because she was busy with her hair.

@Pinkizzy

14:31 pm

CL finishes shift and leaves work-Verified by CCTV cameras.

On her walk home she is seen at parade of shops / post box near 204 Melrosegate.

She is seen talking on her phone to someone as she stops to post a letter in the post box-Verified by CCTV cameras. This location is the half way point between work and home.

Later her mother mentions that they had a call during the time frame of approx. 14:05 to 14:40 pm.

When leaving work she was not seen to be on phone on CCTV camera and so her mother's timing was probably more likely to be a time range of 14:05 to 14:30.

14:48

It was a walk to the post office of 0.8 miles from work and would take 17 minutes and so she would arrive to post letter at approx 14.48.

If her Mother was accurate with her time of conversation, Claudia was probably talking to someone else as seen when posting the letter-who?

14:51

CL was spotted walking home and given a lift by a female work colleague, her name Jo.

This would have to be after posting the letter and by car the time to cover the remaining distance of 0.9 miles would be Approx. 3-4 minutes.

Jo dropped her off outside her home, again at Approx 14:51 (Based upon above time and distance assumptions).

14:51 to 15:05

CL then goes back out at an unreported time and Returns home at a reported time of 15:05 when seen by childminder, Linda Chapman with child in pram at this time.

CL was returning back home and they exchanged pleasantries as she passed by the Nags Head, her local pub.

No one knows where she went for such a short period of time (10 minutes maximum).

What is known as whilst she would have had time to visit the parade of shops at Heworth Village nearby, she was not picked up on CCTV camera there.

However given that she may have visited and met someone (possibly to arrange something) Did she purchase hair dye??
Did she go to Travel agency to do something to her upcoming trip to Cyprus-check prices?

She could only have walked 3-4 minutes away from her home.

Who did she know who lived within or worked within this radius...???

@Yozzer i recall viewing this same CCTV clip only 2 weeks ago and on it she is walking up to the post box and she is on the phone at the time having a conversation. She is seen to post something.
Strange as you say that it has been removed.
I wonder if any other press reports have the CCTV link that we can see?

This is from my timeline for the exact period you mention that I took from when I viewed the CCTV:
