I mentioned a while ago that the guy who turned up that week as a surprise to Claudia could be staying with her unbeknown to anyone else
The shadows in CCTV could have been normal friends who wondered why she wasn't around for them

Man with Hip length Tan coloured thin Mac type jacket with a hood seen on phone, he had a small dark rucksack with very little in it and approaching her house.

In 30’s

5’9” to 5”10”

White

Clean shaven

Very neat Dark Brownish Hair

Hair cut stylishly with a fringe

He was dressed smartly but casually and wore Dark Jeans / Chinos / Trousers

He wore Dark footwear

CL comes to door, she is also on phone and is surprised to see him and lets him in. Before doing so she looks up and down the road??


Was this person staying with CL and were they still there on night of 18th march?


Was he the new stay out all night boyfriend or a visitor from Cyprus?

He was reported to being in some distress?

Was he the person who was reported as being in a LTR with someone else?

Was this person from Hale and does LM match description of this guy??

Sounds like Claudia had promised to go on holiday with too many people ?

According to newspaper reports at the time (and comments made since):

JK thought CL had booked a holiday to Cyprus a couple of days earlier which she had been invited along to. Yet it later emerged that CL was struggling to find a flight which she could afford due to the Easter peak holiday prices, blaming it on 'schoolkids' if I recall. So no holiday had been booked. Yet JK repeated this story several times.

SC thought CL was going to book a holiday to Greece with her on Mar 19th when they were due to meet in the pub.

Neither woman seems to have acknowledged the other's plans yet they were apparently a close-knit trio. Were they aware of them? Is this relevant?
