The person reporting this was asked to come forward and like the person reporting the left hand smoker at the electricity generating gate, they stayed anonymous and so I discounted these sightings as potential "red herrings" Claudia would have been dead by that time in the day

Why does it need to be a specific dvd. Mobile phones were capable of recording back in 2009. It could have been filmed as recently as a few days before her disappearance during that reportedly drunken weekend.
