I'm not sure that's fair - these were extras set up after all, it's not as if a backlog worsened and they just let it fester. There's (I think?) six Nightingale Courts specifically set up to help combat the COVID backlog. That's a lot of people working additional days in those locations!

Clearly he is an abuser and she is mentally ill. They are both accountable for the death of the baby. Interesting though how she is demonised and he is not. I do wonder if this have happened if she never met him? She’s stll abhorrent but the hate should also be directed at him

I think it has been because it is the second trial. The reporting has been good when something new has happened - MG appearing in his own defence / the new tent temperature witness / the reporting of previous convictions which was not allowed to be included last time, for example.

Hopefully the jury are now out or due to be out very soon ,so no more chance of either of them disrupting proceedings.
