Suffolk constabulary said the 26-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday and was being questioned over “information provided to the investigation”.

Do we think this was someone who was inserting themselves into the investigation?

They are still looking for a body then and confirmed it was not the bin man....but the phone travelled the same time or thereabouts so if the phone went in the bin... The 26 year old may have offered C a lift but denied seeing him. Still 2 vehicles that haven't been discussed wasn't there?

The only reason I feel this is not the case is I feel it's unlikely they would have released that info to the press. It could be, but I find it unlikely.
